What gear were you in on most of that stretch Dave? 3rd and 4th I’m speculating?

Yes you are correct, mostly 3rd and 4th and occasional 2nd a couple of times. She will do well over 95mph in 4th so then just using fifth is great for motorways. I forgot to add that I use 4th mostly on back roads as fifth has very little engine braking . This engine has immense amount of torque and I can actually ride up steep inclines in fifth on her, its a bit like riding a Harley just plodding along, so its great to have the choice lol. May I add I rarely ride the bike as hard as this but now and again its just awesome fun lol.
