Very nice and detailed Video. Sounds like an easy job according to your explanations, which I am sure it is not. So I appreciate your job and Video.

This conversion gives the impression it is straightforward to do. But it skips over the tricky parts like fitting the injector bungs. I have looked into it and I think there is hardly any room on the stag manifold to fit injectors without cutting into the small waterways.

You are quite right, I have glossed over a number of things, to show everything would entail a rather long video. As far as the injector holders go they are screwed in and the thread is only 5/8" UNF, by slightly offsetting the holder to one side of the water passage there is easily sufficient room without drilling through the passage.

the bare block of the v8 stag engine is heavier than a full 350 chevy engine ,, the stag lump is crap.. fit for the skip only no matter what you do .... been there done it all in the 90s

Screw that pommy injection .. my friend had a triumph 2500 with it and it kept clogging up in the warmer weather over here. Most of those cars went to the scrapheap because owners were sick of shelling out a couple of grand every 18 months just to keep the asthmatic things running

We only saw a 14 BHP increase which on it's own would not justify the expense of the conversion, however what EFI did do was give excellent driveability and a good increase in bottom end and mid range torque, both hard to quantify on the dyno but easy to feel on the road.
