GIRON CAFE RACERS

Had one when it was introduced. Big new deal was the oil frame. Memories and it was shaking and shaking so the chain guard broke several times and had to be welded. Oil was leaking at the valve covers. Top speed was 160kph, so fast enough for the time. Good memories after all.

They stop shaking if you apply the front break but I get it.
Nice job you have just got admire the simplicity of pre electronics

We love old motorcycles that don't have electronics, electronics are made by computers and not motorcycles.
Espectaculo esa Triumph no he visto una classica igual…😍

Muy TOP
Lots of mooks look down their noses at the oil in frames. I feel the styling is some of the best triumph had to offer. Although I want the critics to continue, it keeps the prices low.
Cómo traquetea esa joya! Siempre brillante 💎💎💎

Muchas gracias amigo, pronto sacaremos mi nueva Bsa de 1972 muy similar a esta Triumph😊
Little smokey there buddy and your front fender is on backwards. Other than that, nice vid.

The motorcycle had been stopped for a long time, and we are fixing the fender.
A lot of work needed still on that bike. I would definitely fit the front mudguard the right way around. At the moment, the front edge of it is at the back and its a 1972 mudguard. The rear mudguard will soon fracture as the grab rail is missing that supports and stiffens it.

Where can I buy those handlebars?
Looks like you are running rich, raise the clip to lower the needle.

@@gironacaferacersinside the carburetor. Take top two screws out and pull the slide you'll see a needle with 3 or 4 grooves and a clip on it. Depending on where the clip is put it moves needle up and down increasing or decreasing fuel flow.

That was burning Oil not running Rich. Running Rich would be Black.
What a mess.

Not a restoration with so many parts removed and missing but a nice custom to ride around. My own 1971 T120r has all the parts still fitted except i use no air filters and custom exhausts. It is now fitted with 750 cylinders and i have a flyby on youtube at 80 mph. Owned for 25 years so far
