Looking forward to checking out the TPS setting video. I just bought a 2007 Bonneville that's been sitting for 4 years. I undid that sensor to clean the carbs, but didn't realize there was a whole ordeal to reset it.

Excellent job. Two points if I may: The fuel rail with the o-rings rarely need replacement unless they are cracked at the plastic bung. New o-rings usually does the job. Also, the float bowl heaters do not need to be removed to remove the crossbrace. In fact, I suggest not removing the heaters as they are prone to breakage. Keep up the great work.

Where do you order your Triumph carb parts? I'd like to get new o-rings for mine, since i have to split the rack to clean that cross over tube, might as well put new o-rings on them. I can't find an o-ring kit for my 2007 Bonneville Keihin carbs. Or can I just buy an assortment of o rings on amazon and find some that fit? (I just got the 2007 Bonnie, my first modern ere Triumph. I find it easier to find the parts I need for my 64 Triumph 650.) Edit - I just noticed you may have a video on selecting o-rings. I'll be watching that next. My carbs have the 4 plastic washers.

I just used the local Triumph Dealer as I was fortunate enough to know someone there.

I've worked on a set of carbs almost exactly identical as those, but were from a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan en500 with a set of Keihin CVK32. It had all four of the washers. The service manual and website shows a pretty good diagram of all the parts. The part# is 92022 (Washer, 6.1×11×0.8, PolyAcetal). I think a set of four is like $3.82?

Keep the OEM filter. Orher in-line filters take too much time to fill when you flip to your reserve tank.

Never will I keep these internal filters you can't see...But what a great test idea you gave me to test my fav filter against the OEM and test fuel flow. I'm rebuilding my '04 Bonnie's carbs. I can't find the part number for the o-rings (I think they are called u-rings) on the fuel pipe. I found it before when I rebuilt the Thruxton's carbs, but that email address is long gone. Do you have a part number for them? It's the aluminum pipe with the offset hose connector.
