It it is so nice to see that there is still a" real "airline out there with proper service. I wish that other airlines "especially the ones in the US" would take note of the proper service. It can be done and people do appreciate it.

I flew Turkish’s new A321neo when I flew back home from IST to CDG in Buisness and the experience was properly amazing

The cabin, the food, the seat... enough to convince me to fly again despite saying I won't fly until next year!

Hmmm.., perfect portion meal and it looks delicious. This is what I love about Turkish Airlines. They provide meals and complementary even for short haul flights. Good Job Turkish Airlimes... 👍👍👍

I loved my flight with Turkish from Schiphol to Istanbul to Minsk and back a year ago, the food is nice, the flight crew is nice, the plane was clean and much love for the In flight entertainment! so much choise :) love to fly with them again

Another amazing video by my favorite flight reviewer! I'd love to try out Turkish airlines sometime, as well as a 737 MAX plane. As someone who flew Lufthansa group quite frequently, I gotta admit that Turkish is probably a lot better, despite it not having 5 stars like Lufthansa.

Lufthansa has by far the worst short haul flights in Europe! Dirty cabins rude staff! They are not a 5 star airline and everyone knows skytrax us rigged! They are not close to British Airways even alone Turkish

In my transfer at IST, I didn’t have to go through security. Just simple: You walk out of the gate, and then walk to your next flight or explore the terminal and then go to your next flight Edit: Speaking of Turkish Airlines, you gotta try the LAX-IST route on the 787-9. A really, REALLY great experience!!

I am planning to fly to Munich this summer from Doha to Munich via Istanbul. I have finally seen how comfortable the flight will be and able to serve proper meals and services to its passengers.

@@kfl16 looks like they arrived at the domestic concourse, so they were bussed to the international concourses.

Turkish had Introduced this new economy class in Dec 2019 on their A321 neo and it was amazing , the seat comfort are great too despite appearing thin. Definitely more comfy than their 777 short haul planes and A330 .

Speaking of the 777 & A330, they really should update those planes’ economy classes. So outdated. I tried the A330-300s economy from IST-DOH, and it was 50% good & 50% bad. The best part was the pasta. SO good!

People may not know about THY that much but believe me, it's really strong company...Meals are so very delicious, clean toilets, gentle crews and great services... I am 59 years old and i am frequent flyer, so i tried many different airlines, many routes and many experiences in 40 years... Besides, i love Thai airlines and also Emirates's A380...

Wow! This really impressed me. Great trip report too :)

Traveling by plane can be a wonderful experience I've had that first hand years ago when I was a kid I guess they're right American tourists can fly to different countries around the world I just have to learn how to speak their language

By the looks of it, Turkish offers the best economy service in Europe bar none.

Flew with TK on their B737 Max in Business a few days ago and it was perfect 😎👌. At first I was also skeptical about this aircraft but now I am thinking that after all these groundings, checks and measures and so on this plane has to be the safest aircraft on the market right now so I assume I keep flying with it🤷‍♂️

737MAX is such a nice plane! I’d love to fly on this amazing aircraft once. It’s weird that the modification of this aircraft wasn’t identified on this flight. But we all can differentiate 737MAX from the regular 737 😉💪✈️

In my opinion the A321NEO is better than the B737 Max. For example, those at Turkish Airlines have a wider body so it can support the 3-3 seating nicely, the cabin design matches the aircraft very well and it's very quiet.

It’s not very easy to differentiate the 737 Max from regular 737 specially those with split schimitar wingtips. (Engine is one differentiating factor)

@@sidv4615 Split scimitar and MAX winglets can easily be differentiated between each other. For example, the scimitars have sharp-points on both the top and the bottom.

Amazing service; hot meal, wifi, IFE...On SAS you can fly basically all of Europe ( for instance Stockholm to Malaga ) and all you get is a free cup of coffee. And of course no IFE !

TK is a great airline for us, not top 1% Airplanes are built to take us from A to B. TK does that with fair prices, acceptable comfort and relatively new planes. Delays and problems are rare. Crew is always friendly and nice. Better than many European competitors and close to Emirates, Etihad and Qatar. Down side is the new airport. Far away from İstanbul, huge airport you walk too much and taxi to runway takes 20 mins. Forget about caviar and champagne, just relax and travel. TK offers a good value.

Wow, great service on a 2h flight. I want to fly them one day.

Agree with Mahad. TK offer one of the most underrated experiences in the sky. Especially with these new aircraft, the product is splendid. I’ve been lucky to fly Turkish on multiple occasions, from Domestically in Turkey to flights into Europe, and they’ve not disappointed.

5:58 7 hours on a single aisles airplane is brutal but Garuda Indonesia also used its 737-800NG to regional cities between Asia like Guangzhou, which can take at least 5 hours to 6 hours. Unfortunately the situation with this Airline is not so good but I hope someday it will rebound and get better.

From Dubai to Istanbul was on an A330! The connecting flight to Vienna was on a 737. So only 2 hours.

A last time start at January 27 to February 8th, I ride all 737-800 planes...

having just "accidentally" flown the max from AAL to CPH on the 10th, and the day after the Neo from LH, I, as a massive AvGeek but still nervousflyer when it comes to the Max, I honestly believe the Max flies better. Time will tell if im right, but for comfort at least. The resonant frequency or whatever it was, on the neo, made it a bad Experience. Max = totally smooth. Neo = felt like sitting on a washing machine at plane RPM. Vibrations and a bad feeling really. Am I the only one that has experienced this with the Neo on LH? I know the P&W that lufthansa have, could possibly be those types that had issues early on. Could be wrong. But Max felt heaps better.

A step above the usual Economy offerings. A full hot meal, even if it was pretty basic. Metal cutlery. WiFi. Free earbuds. It's those little things that passengers appreciate.

Can you review Norwegian on a Route from Oslo to Delhi?

I was on a flight from Pristina to Antalya (on a 737-800). I didn’t like the seats, the cushioning was hard and the safety card would keep falling out the seat. Keep in mind the seat was broken. You couldn’t recline the SEAT! This is Turkish Airlines not Easyjet or RyanAir. if you can recline in other airlines such as British airways or Austrian etc (plus it was a night flight which makes it WORSE)you should in Turkish But the Flight Attendants were nice. They gave us sandwiches that were okay…The tray table have seen better days,it was just so dirty. But does Turkish deserve to be best airline in Europe or 5 star airline. No, It should be a solid 3 for my experience. But I am remembering this is only 1 flight and I could’ve been unlucky. I hope my flight back from Antalya is better😄😄

Mostly becuase skytrax is a pay for stars serivce. If you go to commmets section like this one. You hear nothing but rave reviews about Turkish. I trust word of mouth reviews over skytrax everytime. Plus if Morgan Freeman is your spokesperson i will always give it a try. One of my favorite actors.

It's a 737, which means it has a single bogie per main landing gear, unlike the A330, 777, 787, 767 & A350.... Which have double bogies

Great report, but I'm surprised you thought the legroom was good. I've flown their Max 8 quite a few times now on short haul and always had my knees buried into the seat in front (I'm 1.80m and don't have exceptionally long legs). I'm not sure but I have the suspicion the legroom in the front economy rows is 29 inch at maximum.... Maybe even less. Flying this aircraft on a 7.5h trip to Kinshasa or similar would be a nightmare! To me this is the worst aircraft in TK's fleet.

Not every Max is configured the same. Some have more seats which is why the leg room on a lot of low cost carriers are typically horrendous. I’ve flown on the Max with United and it was terrible for legroom but flew on a max with Alaska airlines and the legroom Was noticeably different.

I wish to see the MAX fulfill its long haul potential, maybe more than 7-hour flight time with reduction in payload.

Everything is so good about Turkish Airlines catering. Better than most other airlines for a 2 hour flight, and includes metal cutlery. Too bad they have Max 8 aircraft, which I have no confidence to fly in. Istanbul Airport looks like hard work. Just too damned big.

Terminal 3 in Wien ist wirklich eine Dunkelkammer. Scheußlich was man hier gebaut hat stellenweise meint man durch eine Mausoleum zu gehen. Mit dem warmen essen auf einem 2 Stundenflug ist Türkis alleine auf weiter Flur. Ich wäre schon zufrieden wenn ich mehr als ein alkoholfreies Getränk bekomme.

Recently flew Turkish from CDG to IST in A320 neo in economy. Let me tell you it was a terrible experience. First off boarding was 45 mins late. They ran out of vegetarian food, forgot about drinks orders and crew did the bare minimum. Nobody was apologetic even.
