    My first ever 777 flight, first ever transatlantic flight, and first ever international flight, was a United flight from Newark to Heathrow back in 2014. Their planes are a hell of a lot nicer these days! I’ll never forget descending over England and seeing Europe for the very first time, that was special. Hope you weren’t fazed by Newark. I grew up near there, and the city itself has definitely fallen on hard times, but the towns surrounding it (and of course, New York) are very nice. Hope you enjoyed the states!
