This reminds me of the souk in Sidon that is underground. There is a older gentleman that makes the best Hallawe i have ever had. I still get my aunts and uncles to bring me some when they come visit. it is the softest and tastier than any other packaged hallawe.... Next time you are in Sidon please see if you can find him.
