Triplet Dad surprises wife with Crib Bunk Beds!

This father of Triplets decided he wanted to save space in the boys nursery. He goes on to use ordinary cribs to make an extraordinary bunk bed! The entertaining part comes when he shows his wife and gets her reaction!

    My first thought was Dog crates at the Shelter. I do however like the connected cribs you've since finished. My daughter said you graduated from dog crates to hamster cages, but i think the boys will have a BLAST when they're a few months older!! I LOVE how you put your heart into being such a thoughtful husband & dad. Keep it up and God bless!!

    I actually love it! Screw it to the wall to make sure it won’t topple, as a small stair to reach the top. Just make sure the latches can’t be opened by baby/ toddler

    I absolutely love it! We have beds similar to this at my church and it works great! You just have to make sure you have a stepstool nearby for the top bed. She may not think they’re great right now, but when she uses them the practicality of it all is going to make her ecstatic! This man is a complete genius! I love watching all of his DIY videos (even more than the babies🤭) thank you so much for taking the time to video all this and show it to us!

    I love it! 😂 I would use it. A lot of people use tents over cribs and zip their baby in. This is there same concept. And it really is a space saver. Your baby is safe at night.

  • @Og-Judy

    @Og-Judy

    2 ай бұрын

    Um. Safety beds, where they have tents they zip their kids into at night are generally for kids in the autism spectrum disorder to keep them from wandering around the house at night in a type of sleepwalking to keep them safe . While his heart is in the right place, that triple crib bunk looks like it would be better used at an animal shelter. Too high for young children, let alone infants. Even a standard triple bunk, I wouldn't let a kid younger than 9 or 10 sleep on the top bunk and that's WITH a Safety rail.

    In our church, we had cribs stacked on top of each other. The side folded up words. But I think that they were only 2 cribs on top of each other. So the corner held 4 cribs. I think that it is cool. No son can get out of their cribs. Mom can reach them from the front instead of having to reach down. But it is a little too tall for mom. But it would last the boys for at least 2 years. I think dad is a genius.

    I love it Thumbs for DIY. Well done dad all you have to do is secure it to the wall. This is perfect for later for now you can probably put them all in one. It does not look like a kennel unless you think the cribs in general look like kennels the what on the top is a great idea for later, I’m sure later you will update the fasteners but now they’re fine and it’s a great way to just open them up like a door.
