My older cousin's best friend, Rehan, is a Muslim. Rehan is an engineer and makes good money. In 2010, Rehan divorced his wife by just saying Talak-Talak-Talak. Rehan never paid his wife any support, nor did he pay money for his son. My cousin is a Hindu. My cousin tried to advise Rehan to be more responsible, but Rehan did not listen. To my knowledge, they are no longer friends.

It was unfortunate that both of her husbands were wretched men ,but it has nothing to do with the religion,they follow ,islam has sanctioned talaq ,but not the way ,it is practised by illiterate and wicked natured men.In many islamic countries triple talaq is not considered valid.In Quraan ,Allah has ordained that talaq has to be pronounced in three full months ,one after the other ,and that too ,in unbearable circumstances.

@@mexicanmomo there is no mention of three talaqs to be pronounced in one sitting,talaq has to be pronounced in three consecutive months and in the presence of eye witnesses ,halala too has not to be pre-planned ,it is only when the divorced woman remarries ,and that marriage is also broken up ,either by divorce or by the death of her second husband ,in that situation the woman can remarry her first husband.agar aap ex muslim ho toh aap par laanat.

Rehan never paid his wife any support, nor did he pay money for his son. My cousin is a Hindu. My cousin tried to advise Rehan to be more responsible, but Rehan did not listen.
