Was using a similar team in open with skele and s.vic instead and saw some good success with it

That was a nice use of an undercharge, correcting the wrongly thrown Aerial Ace to get the farm down. We constantly make mistakes, especially in the heat of battle, it's unavoidable, so it's important to learn to manage them.

try jellicent,steelix and charm alolan ninetales... I reached my highest elo ever reaching veteran with this team starting from 2200... Hope this team works for you

@@theredbaron1310 same I also hit veteran for the first time with this. Maybe due to the meta being more limited making it easier to learn the matchups. I was running shadow Gligar lead, shadow magnezone and annihilape.

I’ve been doing really damn good with mandibuzz salazzle and then ferrothorn, only really struggle with a lead charmer and electric at times

13:50 true that shielding Crocalor opens up a wincon if they no shield Crunch, but if that opponent is smart, had you shielded Crocolar that’s a dead giveaway you’re weak to Mantine in the back and they likely shield back. They may have let Crunch go because with Crocolar now that low it’s manageable even if their A9 has to tank an Incinerate.

Starter Pokemon team combinations are something I always try out at least once per season and the results are always very good 👍

I just tried the team myself. My Shadow Feraligatr for great league is not ready to be used yet so I’m using my shiny one.

Replaced Feraligator with Shadow Swampie and am killing it, 8-2 in last 10. Thanks for the thought on Crocolor

I'm running Furfrou, Froslass, and Pidgeot. The team has its obvious flaws but I just have fun with it tbh. Hope Furfrou gets a shadow form someday so it can get access to Return when purified

I have a handful of good IVs Pokémon for the great league. I’m new, what would be a good team? I have Jellicent, (A) Raticate, Mantine, Annihilape, Sableye, Venusaur, Abamasnow, Dedenne, Toxicroak, Greedent, Togekiss, Plusle, (A) Ninetales, Bronzong, Pidgeot, Haunter. What are some good combinations? Thanks and any advice would be appreciated!

Can someone explain the advantage of not powering up a charged attack when it comes to buffing your fast attack? Ive been playing for years and never knew there were any advantages to that.

It doesn't mean that it buffs the fast attack per say. When you throw a charge move you have to do the mini game of hitting the bubbles, and you can get 3 different results good, great excellent; depending on how many bubbles you hit. So if you hit all bubbles the charge attack will do 100% of it's power, if you hit half of the bubbles you will do 50%, if you don't hit any bubbles you will do minimal damage. So the "advantage" comes by knowing how much a charge move does to another pokemon, you can mentally gage how many bubbles you need to do to do less damage so instead of knocking a pokemon out, they still have a little bit of HP left so you can do more fast moves and get more energy for the incoming Pokemon

Crocolar wins the zeros against Mantine if they don’t have Water Pulse. I’ve won quite a few leads against it. Not sure if that’s debuff dependent or not. I don’t mind staying in and either winning lead or leaving with shield advantage!

Tortera(shadow), Turtonator, Blastoise 3/5 win average! Not a hard team to beat but can secure five win streaks on at least one run

I won 10 in a row with miltank, dragonair and zapdos😂

Venasaur charizard and empoleon has been good for me

ABB is where you have a type on the lead like grass and then the back is like double water. They can be dual typing. So like galvantula lead, tentacruel and poliwrath in the back.
