The same happened to me. My sister told me her in-laws had a kitten they needed to adopt out. So I said I'll take her because I'd just broken up with my gf of 6 years and was desperately lonely. My darling kyoukou has made my life immeasurably better. And she is spoiled so much

I always think Nala wants to say: "Dad, when will the buffet be open?" Get her some hay, cats loooove to sleep in it and smell marvellous afterwards ;-)

Scene set: it's a rainy day. The opening shot is of two cool cats gazing longingly out the window. They need an adventure, but what? Where? The Pet Shop...! There were sights, sounds, smells, and treats. We snagged a free sample of cat grass and enjoyed viewing the mouse corral. Back home, we played until night, then snuggled in for a long sleep. Life is Good.

Nala is so content in her relationship with you...perfect harmony. She plays so well. I love it when they are getting ready to pounce....they adjust themselves by little stomping motion with their back feet...and them...boom, the pounce happens! Cracks me up!

Absolutely love the rain intro. Your editing for the whole video was outstanding; oh, and of course you and Nala were super stars. She actually looked like any shopper at the store, walking idly by checking out the products. Adorable. Thank you. Made my morning a lot brighter!

It's so nice to see all of the play and interaction! Cats need play and attention to keep their minds sharp, maintain healthy bodies and keep from getting bored and in some cases depressed from no stimuli... your bond and friendship together is beautiful to see!

Nala is so charming. Even when she's just lying on her side in the car, she glows. What a star!

Seeing her play with the vibrating toy put me in mind of when Nala was so much smaller. I suppose some cats (certainly not mine!) never lose the kitten instinct! Lovely!

A theory goes that cats loose there 'kitten-ness' only when they have to provide for their food themselves. Or the other way around: as kittens get their food from their human owners, the continue to show kitten behaviour.

That part of her that awakens when she sees the mice! So soothing watching cat videos.

I went to the petshop today with my cat because of this video, and she enjoyed a lot.

Nala sure hit the jackpot when Dean found her on the side of the road!

"Daddy, hey Daddy...did you see the mouses ?" Put a toy on a sliding rug and you got fun time every time lol.

I know this is probably very late in the day to be saying this, but... What an AMAZING cat! Spread eagle, calmly grooming herself on the front seat of a car and then strolling around on a leash in a pet shop! You two have such a special bond! Love it!

Love your Scottish accent! And I love Nala too of course!! She's such an adorable cat who couldn't be more lucky to have you as her dad!

I was always a dog person. I was up and down mostly due to the pandemic and I live alone. I decided to give what it takes mentally and emotionally and get a pet. I got a kitten!!! love love love. I cannot tell you the joy and love it gives and I give. I love my Casper to bits. Got him when he was nine weeks old, he's now five months old. He has changed my life in so many wonderful ways. Give a little and get a lot. If you can get one, Chris!!!!!!!

Nala's reaction to mice is priceless 🤣

Nala is an example of how cats can be accustomed to doing exciting, adventurous things if you start them early. They don't have to be confined to just their homes, scared to go in cars or to do anything else that's different. I really admire kitties who go to the beach, or go swimming, or go on hikes or bike rides and other fun stuff.

Nala is so cute. She's getting thicker now. Her tummy starts to form round. Such a cutie 😍😍😍

Beautiful, subtle colors your cat has. A kind of orange-ish brown with some black detailing. Don't think I've quite seen it before.

Such fun to watch the "kitty" in the candy store. Many thanks Nala and Dean, from America. I'm obsessed with the scenery outside there also that seems in the middle of no-where with a very nice pet shop!

You two have a strong bond, does my Heart good. You're doing it right, Nala is so engaged and Happy. The mental state of any being has a significant effect on overall health. Love.
