Trip to Corn Island, Nicaragua | Details on how to get to Big Corn and Little Corn Island
Taking a trip to Corn Island, Nicaragua requires planning, so in this video I share details on how to get to Big Corn and Little Corn Island. I went recently (in 2020) with my husband, our daughter and a brother in law - flying first to Big Corn Island and then taking a boat to Little Corn Island where there are no roads and no cars. A beautiful tropical island off the coast of Nicaragua.

Love this! It is on my bucket list to visit both Big Corn Island and Little Corn Island. I haven’t gone back to Nicaragua in around 5 years. I miss it so. Gracias por compartir. :)

Darz Rojas Mostly Leon since that is where my family lives but I have visited the Masaya Volcano, The Islets in Granada, Volcan Monbacho. Some places I don’t remember as my dad likes to go off the path. Haha :)

Haha that's the best way to get to know a place! How was Mombacho? Did you hike to the top or? I haven't been there yet, would love to go.

Darz Rojas They take you up to the top. Once there there are different types of hikes, depending on levels. There is one that you must do with a guide but the easiest you can do on your own. I did the easiest and also ziplined. :)

I'm from Nicaragua, but I live in VA now, I always wanted to visit Corn island, but I did not have chance. Now I want to visit. I would like to add more details about your trip for example hotel, food . Thank you for sharing
