Saghmosavan
aghmosavan is a village in the Ashtarak Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. The town is the site of the Saghmosavank Monastery with Saint Sion church, built in 1215.
Mount Aragats is an isolated four-peaked volcano massif in Armenia. Its northern summit, at 4,090 m above sea level, is the highest point of the Lesser Caucasus and Armenia. It is also one of the highest points in the Armenian Highlands.
