I don't know who this guy is but he gives the absolute best trip reports on the internet. Every day I'm looking to see if there is a new one. He tells you and shows you everything you would want to know, even things that wouldn't occur to you but good to know. I can learn about planes, clouds, and he makes it fun. I hate those trip reports that other people post and all you see is the wing of the plane and nothing else for an hour! This guy tells you everything and at the same time, I can learn a bit of Spanish. What could be better? Love these videos. Keep these great reports coming.

Fantastic flight review Lucas to my favourite destination Rome.I have been there around 5 times.Beautiful views from above.Such a wonderful weather in Vienna and all these clouds in Italy.Usually the opposite happens.The turbulence part was really impressive too.Happy next flight .Cheers

La verdad es que vi bastantes veces ese vuelo en las pantallas de salidas de vuelos en Viena! jeje Vuelo unas 80-100 veces al año desde o hacia Viena. Creo que queda claro con la cantidad de veces que sale en los vídeos :)

Un viaje extraordinario para ser un tanto corto, verdad que líneas aéreas como Austrian y LOT tienen una flota adecuada para vuelos de corto alcance, los Embraer y los Dash 8 encajan bien en ese tipo viajes. Veo que la calidad de Austrian es muy buena y la comida se veia super, un trip report excelente como ya nos tienes acostumbrados. Las vistas fenomenales y la pulcritud de los aeropuertos buenísimos. Definitely a great report! I found the meal pre-ordering a very interesting service. I never saw something similiar in a major AL. Furtehermore the value for the money seemed excellent to me. New "E" pier is by far the most amazing place in FCO. Originally it was dedicated to non-Schengen flights but due to this outbreak now even flights from UE arive and depart to/from It. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Italy and in Rome. Greetings!

Hermosas imagines. Me recuerda un vuelo de sharm el- sheikh a Bologna. Tuvimos una señora turbulencia poco más de 1 hora con le cappeliere que se abrían por la fuerte movida del avión. Una nota cuando se llega a Roma es el Mar Tirreno que a la ves se une con el mediterráneo. 😀

I have not flew on Austrian e195 but I flew on the inaugural flight of Austrian 777-200 between Vienna and cape town.it had a pretty good economy product

Another great flight with Austrian ! As you have explained, its a great shame Austrian have withdrawn the pre-booked food service, but nevertheless, the whole ambience of your flight looked excellent !

Thanks a lot, Anthony :) Apparently, Austrian is rolling out the new catering service (pay-per-eat) in the upcoming weeks (I guess around the start of the aviation summer season). I'll try it as soon as posible and take it to the channel! :)

Wow that was a smooth E190 landing in my opinion E190s are very hard to land smoothly and float a lot hence the reason the pilot dropped the right wing so as to land more smoothly and not float. ive flown on the E190 at least 4 times, mostly in africa and once on jetblue

The only reason why the pilot dropped the wing is that the wind was coming from that side. Just before landing with crosswind, the pilots perform what is called "de-crab". With the rudder they align the plane with the runway axis and with a little bit of "wing drop" towards the wind, they avoid being drifted outside the runway by the wind. It doesn't have absolutely nothing with floating or soft landing. Airplanes float more than usual when the speed is higher than it should.

There's an app called flightradar24 that is a great tool to find it out. It's easy.

Really, really great video. Well done! But just as an FYI - there is no plural of "turbulence." Turbulences, with an s at the end, does not exist. Always singular. There will be turbulence.

Yes, the *seat is correct* on the video. The seat is 24F. When there are just 4 seats (instead of 6) seats B and E don't exist and there are just 24A, 24C, 24D and 24F.

Planespotting es una palabra que proviene del inglés, siendo su significado "la acción de fotografiar o grabar aviones". Es decir, aunque no termine en -ar, -er, -ir, es una asimilación a un verbo. ¿Tu dices "momento de comer" u "hora de hacer comida"?
