Flew with jet2 for 1st time march2019,from Manchester to alicante boeing 737,surprised at how good the aircraft and crew were.Could not fault at all,will be frequent flyer with jet 2 best airline flown with out of all others flown with in the past.Well done Jet2.like the Video

Thanks so much, Alex! :) I flew just 3 times with them, being the first one just a couple of months ago (the video is already on the channel) and, to be honest, the experience with them was fantastic. I will repeat with them as much as possible. For sure :)

Flew with jet2 2018 to benidorm from Manchester,for 1st time,didn't know what to expect,but would highly recommend no problems whatever.Will always fly with jet2 from now on.

I flew with jet 2 last year from Belfast to almeria in Spain and I have to say one of the best flights I ever had and it was quite cheap 👍

I mainly fly on Ryanair or WizzAir. Wizzair being my favourite airline because it was the very first airline I've flown on. Keep up the good work man!

Had 2 flights with JET 2 Gatwick-Girona and Birmingham-Tenerife both really nice experiences ! Nice video mate

I love Jet2..I've flown with them from GLA,MAN and STN and always had a very pleasant experience both on the ground and onboard..They are very polite and very professional..And i dont know how they do it on their 737s and the same config. of 189 pax is very comfortable..I just wanna try their 757s and the A330s to Tenerife

I flew the last week to Manchester with Jet2 as well! :D It was another great experience! Since my first time with them a couple of months ago, I always search for low-fares to fly with them again! :)

Great Video! You may remember from your last Jet2 video that I commented on my numerous poor experiences of them but I’m pleased to see that you have had two good experiences with them. I’m flying them on an abnormally cheap flight from Newcastle to Lanzarote next month (£37 one way) so I can see if I think they have improved.

OnBoardHD - Flight Experience Thanks. Enjoy your flights this winter. Personally I think that TUI Airways is a great choice (I have flown on their 737-800 and 787-9) and they didn’t disappoint on my many short haul flights with them, or on my trip to Jamaica two years ago! They are in my opinion much better than Jet2, the only downside is that the flights are quite expensive with them

@@NewcastleFlyer The TUI B787 is one of my objectives for this winter, but it's not easy to find flights operated by them, basically because the website doesn't say anything about the airplane that is gonna be operating your flight. So the only moment when you can check the plane type is on seat selection, always after buying the ticket. Do you know any way to check it?

OnBoardHD - Flight Experience Sadly with TUI you are in a difficult position. If you want a 787 on a short haul flight then it will definitely be from either Gatwick or Manchester. You can (I think) see the seat map 90 days before departure so if you book a flight less than 3 months before travel you should be able to view a seatmap. If not then you will be able to see after booking. You could book a flight, check the seat map and then cancel the flight or you could book your flight on the phone as they have always been very helpful in my experience

@@NewcastleFlyer Thanks for the info. Definitely, it would be from LGW or MAN. The problem is that one... that I can't check before booking which plane is gonna operate the flight. That's one of the reasons why I didn't fly so much with TUI, even though I really enjoyed it... =/

I've been on that exact aircraft! I flew on it from Stansted - Palma De Mallorca as well! That's really cool how we've been on the same plane!

Well, I flew 3 times with Jet2 already and I always had a good experience. Perhaps, the last one (that I've recorded a few days ago) from Barcelona to Manchester was the worse of those 3 but was nice overall. It will be available on the channel in a few weeks :)

G-JZBK. I've been on that very aircraft. It bought me back from Benidorm in October 2018 however the cabin lights were red.

Muchas gracias. Eso es inviable. Micrófono externo lo tienes que poner fijo en algún lado, ergo va a coger sonido de vibraciones, pequeños golpes que de contra la ventanilla por turbulencias... nada nada. Además que no es mi estilo. Saludos :)

Haha Thanks so much, David!! Yep, some others told me already about that Japanese character. However, since the Japanese viewers just represent 0'5% of the total channel views... I think I can live with it haha For me it's just and Smiley that helps to differentiate the channel titles from others, don't you think? ツ

Great video!! Reminded me so much of my recent trip to Mallorca. But in your video you mentioned a sun set, but I'm sure you meant sun rise. As the flight you took was a day flight, the sun was rising. Am I wrong?

G- JZBK I flew home from Benidorm on that in October 2018 but the cabin lights were red. I prefer the red cabin lights it's something different and it suits Jet2.

The red lights was the Boeing Sky Interior. I've been on this same aircraft too, from Stansted - Palma De Mallorca.

How do you keep the camera still when recording the wing?

Haha Well, I think it's just practise... I've been doing videos on the channel for more than 4 years, si I've learned how to hold the camera with both hands and anticipate what is going to happen at almost every moment of the flight. Hope this comment means that you've enjoyed the video! :))

I think I may have commented on your last Jet2 video about the annoying cabin announcements, they're all a bit "kids TV" for my liking! But still, I guess they know their market, which seems to be holidaymakers who probably don't fly that often, and it probably works for them. They do seem like a friendly airline though. I do like your videos, although you did miss the opportunity to point out Hayling Island, which is probably more interesting than Havant! 😊. Keep on doing what you do though. 👍

The announcements are meant to sound like that to be welcoming, and calm the passengers down after maybe a stressful trip to the airport, or something like that. Also, I've been on G-JZBK as well, just it had the red Boeing Sky Interior. So I don't know why it had the white lighting here, can someone explain?

Thanks so much! You just need the registration of the plane that you want to check and then search it on the website "Airfleets". There you'll get not only the age of the plane but also all the owners it had, among other interesting info. Wish you a nice Sunday! :)

Thanks so much! The music is still on an "experimental stage". All data that I get from the videos is that the videos with music perform better than those that dont have it. Let's see... i need more data. Maybe couple of weeks to be able to make a decission about it.

Jajaja No! Nunca he vivido en Mallorca, pero la verdad es que la isla está llena de vuelos super interesantes y además a muy buen precio (lo cual es fundamental para poder subir 2 trip reports a la semana!).

Haha Thanks so much! I always try to show reality in the most accurate way. However, bear in mind that here, on the video, we are watching a 2h+ flight in 15 minutes, so the announces may seem too long compared with the duration of the video. Greetings from Madrid! :)

Siempre la web de las aerolíneas. Hacerlo desde cualquier otro sitio es añadir intermediarios que van siempre a aumentar el precio, de un modo o de otro. Nadie hace nada gratis ;-)

Haha KZread (Google) shows the advertisings based on your preferences and what you've been searching or looking at recently. Seems that the algorithm thinks that you like KLM or you are a good potential buyer of a ticket! :)

I flew 3 times with Jet2 already and I always had a good experience. Perhaps, the last one (that I've recorded a few days ago) from Barcelona to Manchester was the worse of those 3 but was nice overall. It will be available on the channel in a few weeks :)
