Hi, I've just received my microscope purchased from your store. The only problem I notice is that I can not get a quality image from the camera. I state that the camera in question is that of 30Mpx. Although I tried to make all kinds of adjustments, a fog effect persists in the video image. In your video we see from the first ignition a fantastic image, very detailed and balanced in contrasts and colors, almost real. How can I solve? Perhaps the CCD sensor could be damaged?

E' abbastanza noto che questi microscopi non hanno il supporto giusto per la videocamera. Devi usare un adattatore e forse anche una lente 0.35x appena sotto la videocamera

This camera not good because more big picture. Not normal
