Trinidad Milk Barfi- Diwali Sweet--- FILMED IN TRINIDAD YAY!!!
Ingredients:
6 cups full cream milk powder- klim
1+1 tbsp ghee kept separately
1/4 tsp each of elychee and lawang(cardamom and clove)
2 tsp heavy cream or fresh cows milk
Paag:
2 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of water
Generous pinch of elychee and lawang
1/4 cup ginger
Garnish:
Sprinkles
Varak- silver leaves (if available)
