You are sure right, trinis using that same word in the same context for decades. It was always there before the song...how yuh figure so many trinis young and old understood the meaning one time.

@@Reemdamenace Anytime there is a trini saying slang I don’t know, it usually comes from patois. So much of the new slang come from Jamaica which is unfortunate IMO.
