The Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) T20 is an annual T20 cricket tournament, taking place from August 16 to September 24 in 2023. This year marks the 10th year this event has been running, since its founding in 2013. The Jamaica Tallawahs are the reigning champions, with the other five teams being Barbados Royals, Guyana Amazon Warriors, St Kitts & Nevis Patriots, Trinbago Knight Riders and Saint Lucia Kings. Not to bring an debate or anything but if the West Indies were to ever host the T20 World Cup in all honesty please do what is necessary the best stadiums host the best games….Literally the Kensington oval is the closest and cleanest stadiums we have in the Caribbean….Nonetheless due to politics I feel like Barbados 🇧🇧 should always have the final game in any format tournament that’s being hosted in the Caribbean just because of the simple fact of the perks that comes with playing there your playing in a final you wanna be at the best facilities and etc from there playoffs can be in queens park or Brian Lara but other than that 😮😮lol that’s my take on it

Host your home games at home like regular season games you feel me like not taking anything away from Guyana 🇬🇾 or all the other islands out there ….I feel like finals and playoffs should be tooken more into consideration 😂even tho Trinidad Barbados had the finals most of the time point I trynna get across build a better stadium In Guyana 🇬🇾 that’s on TV the camera catching that regular behind stadium no offense
