What a brilliant comedic actor he was, he played trigger perfectly, genius comic timing, such a shame he died.

Trigger was a legendary character, every one of the main characters in the show was legendary. Just shows the genius of John Sullivan. We will never see tv like this again. Most comedies on tv these days aren’t even 50% as funny as it original as this. It’s a shame it couldn’t have lasted forever. But it never gets old no matter how many times you watch it so in a way it will.

All comedians talk about now is other celebrities and social media. I mean what is funny about that. Making jokes around lets say singers like lady gaga.
Trigger was a legend, he gave us many good laughs and how he kept a straight face when Del fell through the bar I will never know, absolute genius. My favourite is the Why Ask scene in the pub when Mike the barman said "My missus said to me 'where are you living now'? And I said 'here' and she threw my suitcase at me" after which Mike, Boycie, Del and Rodney all go "Why ask"? Trigger then pipes up "Why ask"? Top class, what a genius.
Brilliant. From a time when the BBC knew about comedy, alss today they don't have a clue.

"You said it was open 24 hours a day"...Yeah but not at night. Is the funniest moment
My favourite Trigger moment is when he's telling Alan about he knows the pain of a relationship break up , and goes on to describe the dirty weekend story
I love the one where the girl asks him to spend a night in a hotel and he says she didn't want to see him afterwards, "turns out she wanted to go with me."
"You've been standin' in the dark for an hour?" "Yeah...I thought we was all gonna jump out and surprise someone." hahahahaha XD
Every character & actor fitted so well, the timing was priceless. Shame they don’t make comedy like this now. Love the one where Del & Rodney dress up as Batman & Robin. Trigger didn’t know the guy died either, he came as a Chauffeur.
In my opinion, Trigger (Roger Lloyd-Pack) was the funniest part of this programme. Roger's deadpan and sincere delivery turned even the mildest gag into something truly funny.

Especially the one where he thought he saw a UFO appear and then disappear but it turns out it was only because he was blinking 🙄. Normally that would just be lame, only he could see that one 😂

Roger Lloyd pack at his brilliant best, R. I. P
Ive seen a interview with the producer or one of the backroom staff and he explained that the first clip was meant to be how trigger acted throughout the whole series originally, but somehow when he acted a bit more dimmer somewhere along the way it worked out far more comical. Thank god it worked out, Tigger/Lloyd Pack is the funniest characters not to have a fully fledged leading role.
Best comedy show ever, nothing comes close.
Every moment by trigger is funny.
