1:27 There is NO Gyan or Vigyan in Vedas as said by the Dr. Sharma. Those are only Mantras/Chants for rituals. Why should Mantras be taught in secular Schools? Teach them only in Hindu schools. Simple. But why is there no explanations for the hand movements at the end?

Article 30:- govt fund minority to study their literature, scriptures or religious study Conclusion:- only hindu( majority) left who don't have rights to preserve their scriptures, literature. why are we caring so much for other religions ? west teaches bible to their kids without thinking what will minority will say , middle eastern teaches their without caring what other communities will say...they accept this is their culture and anyone living here have to accept that... Hindus care so much for other that they are in lose. @elennet4116 I second what you have said. India is so so so mighty and blessed. It breaks my heart, from here in the West, that Indians are not reared in their own civilisational heritage and traditions.

Just think how many songs you can remember but not phone numbers. The ancient Indians knew the key to exact memory and keeping the knowledge alive in minds of the followers (not just kept in books but in living minds)

I thought that Nat Geo did some good research but they didn't. The Ved path Jata, Mala, Shiksha, Dhvaja...were not created to easily memorize Vedas but for preserving Vedas so that no one can interpolate it. And as we can see there are interpolation in almost all of our scriptures but Vedas are alone that are untouched and this is because of Ved Path Niyam. I was researching on this topic for last few months and it is almost complete. I'm gonna make video on Ved Path soon.

Incredible to know Vedas are arranged by Chandas, (powerful way to make it an immutable record).rich texts of maths, medicine, astronomy all follow this rule.❗ Not so incredible is, though knowledge is to be distributed, it was kept secret by many and many would have lost.😥

Indians say they proud on their cultute..but unfortunately more than 99% who says so know nothing about their culture and literature and hardly ever follow their culture..Just wearing a Tilak doesn't mean you're following your culture !

I'm just blessed that some amount of knowledge about Vedas in my childhood and that seed has sprouted and grown. I'm what I'm because of my guru parampara I'm in debt to my Guru's and will do what I can in my time here to preserve this Sanathan Dharma and give it to the next generation as our fore fathers given us. Maintaining the culture is the only possible way to save the society which is gradually converting into western culture. Even Western people are doing yoga and studing Geeta and Upanishads. These must be included in studies of India.

Those who are saying that the Vedas should be taught in schools, do not understand thet there is a process and discipline before anyone starts reading Vedas. First, the Vedas can only be taught by a Guru. In the modern education system, the Guru-Sishya process has ended. Second, anyone who reads or teaches Vedas must follow certain rules. A vedpathi must keep himself/herself from eating non veg, alcohol, and there are several other rules. Third, without Upnayan Sanskar, no one is allowed to read/learn Vedas. To become eligible to learn Veads, Upnayan Sanskar is must. There is no way we should introduce the knowledge of Vedas to everyone, it is prohibited. Just see the comment section, how some people are just pissed off because Nat Geo Madea video on it. Some people are just here to find faults in the Vedas. If everyone starts learning them, they will be destroyed by the left lobby and commis.

The trick is in the Sandhya vandan they do. We all should do it. It increases the power of the intellect

Our Rishis invented Chandas (metrical poetry) to by heart the knowledge easily. Our Veda shlokas, Ramayan, Mahabhart everything was written in Chandas. For example Ramayan 24000 shlokas were written in Anushtup Chandas. In Anushtup Chandas each each shloka has 32 letters, 16 letters in first line, 16 letters in next line. People used to by heart the entire 24k shlokas, and sung it in a rhythamical way. Ramayan was first learnt by Lav Kush from Valmiki and sung in the Ayodhya and Sri Ram court. In that way Ramayan was preserved many generations.

As I was a student of Ramakrishna mission I can tell - Mantra is all about rhythm and chanting.. It helps to fast our reaction times and our brain function to its optimum point..

Now, I am learning sanskrit from belur math, Howraha, West Bengal. Sanskrit is an excellent language. it is our golden language, culture

We need younger generation not just to memorize Vedas but to penetrate layers of knowledge it provides because current generation pandits we had has just memorize it and think they know it. Its not about knowing it's about following its principles in your daily life that hindus used to do before invaders comes to india distroyed our culture and education system.

The best way to know Vedas is through Sanskrit. Here is my list of translations: English: 1. Swami Satyaprakash Saraswati (All) 2. Stephanie Jamison & Joel Brereton (RV) 3. Ralph T Griffith with Exegesis (All). 4. H H Wilson (Sayanabhasya) with Exegesis (RV). 5. Ranganatha L Kashyap (Aurobindo's Line) (All) 6. Dr Tulsi Ram Sharma ( Dayanand's line) (All). Select Trans.: Atharvaveda by W D Whitney with Exegesis, Maurice Bloomfield, Vaidyanath Shastri. Yajurveda by Devi Chand, AB Keith. Samaveda: Stevenson, Dharmadev Vidyamartanda Siddhantalankar. The last author has also translated RV but it is not complete. Hindi trans: Harisharan Siddhantalankar (All), Pt Jayadeva Sharma (All), Pt Shriram Sharma Acharya (All) Pt Sripad Damodar Satavlekar. As it is: English : RTH Griffith, Dharmic Scriptures Team. Hindi: Ganga Sahay Sharma, Pt Ramgovind Trivedi *The lists are not exhaustive.

Our culture's foundations are found in the Vedas and Ayurveda. We can easily use Ayurveda's assistance to learn the Vedas by heart. What I'm trying to express is that Planet Ayurveda contains a number of Ayurvedic remedies that make it easier for us to learn the Vedas quickly.
