How to stop doing to many 360s after landing i just keep doing 360s and I press break but still spin any advice?

All you have to do is get your 360 timing correct. In some ramps you have to do the 360 as soon as you touch the ramp, others you have to do a late 360 (when the car is about to leave the ramp), just test them or check reference to see which type of 360 is appropiate for each ramp.
