It takes allot of guts to use your body like that. Cocky definitely, but that cockiness and building of energy propels them to push themselves all that much harder. Think about it, if you had done the work to be that amazing wouldn't you be cocky too?

This is Tricking; a new age blend of martial arts, breaking, gymnastics and capoeira. Search on KZread for how to. The best martial art is probably tae kwon do, specifically for the kicks that are utilized but others such as king fu will give you a strong foundation of flexibility and strength required.
