Everyone knows his music, everywhere in the world people can sing together with his songs. He was capable to bring edm and pop music together. The tribute with the church bells is both impressive and also probably the most moving one of them all. Churches aren't just religious places, they home so many community events (Here in England at least), which makes it a message, that his community will never forget, all his communities in fact. His fans, his family, his friends and his neighbours. RIP to a legend!

I was the typical 8-y/o listening to “Levels” and “Wake me up” and didn’t understand what I was listening to, just enjoying it. Avicii was/is/will always be a life changer, motivation- inspiration and a great person to me. Thank you legend ✊🏻. (A bit late, but I just found that video)

I’ve been listening to Avicii since 2011, and it broke my heart when I came home and my brother told me that he died. He was such a beautiful soul. I always dreamed of going to one of his concerts, and my dream now is to one day be like him, cheer people up with my music. On my birthday of this year, I’m going to start releasing music, just like him, on his sixteenth birthday. I wish to grow. He is my inspiration, ever since I was 12 I realized I want to produce music, just like him. Now I’m trying to remember all the happy times I had with his music and just him. I’m going to be releasing a animatic on my channel, paying tribute to Avicii. Realizing I’ll never have another happy moment with his music makes me sad. I’m listening to The Chainsmokers - Somebody right now, because it is sad, and I don’t really like any other music artists, other than Avicii and The Chainsmokers. They are my main two. And now that Avicii is gone I feel like I’ve lost the biggest part of myself, and I’m trying to find another music artist that is similar, but no two are the same. It hurts like hell. I remember when me and my brother would get excited when Avicii’s youtube channel would have new music. We both would dance around for hours on end with his music blaring. I can’t listen to his music now without tearing up. During my classes in school, I put my playlist on shuffle and everytime I hear his music, I skip it because I don’t want to cry and have to explain why I’m crying to everyone. I wish he wasn’t gone. I wish people wouldn’t have pressured him to go on tour again. Maybe he’d still be alive now, just maybe. Please don’t hate me for saying that, but that’s one of the reasons he ended his life. He couldn’t stand being in the spotlight, but people wanted him to be. “So don’t tell me to like anybody, because I don’t like anybody.” -The Chainsmokers-Somebody I really wish everyone hoping and wishing would just, bring him back. I miss him so much, and it’s only been one week since he’s been gone. It feels like it’s been two years since he ended his life. This week has been torture. I look on the web, I see things like this, and it breaks my heart. I stare in disbelief for minutes on end, questioning if this is actually real. Avicii, come back, please. . . I don’t expect ANYONE to read this long, sad paragraph...however, if you did, thank you...I miss Avicii so much..

it was in the summer of 2010 when I first heard Levels (at the time it was still an ID) and I thought whoa..this is cool! and then i got into house music thanks to him. been to 4 of his shows (although two of them i was so messed up that I don't remember a thing and i hate myself for it) but i remember so many happy memories listening and dancing to his songs with my friends. I have loved every single one of his songs since I was 19. what a genius, gone way too soon. there will never be anyone like him. thank you Tim, i hope you found peace in paradise

i know im late. ive posted this everywhere else too. my sister used to take me to school. she had spotify with an album dedicated to me. filled with avicii songs. i would listen to it on my journey to school. childhood is something you never get back. that’s why the memories haunt you.

His music I loved dancing to a lot I lived in Sweden before got hooked on his music before he blow me away by his talent. I one of the fan who once see his super performance show in Thailand. Year after I was diagnose with cancer. During on my theraphy way, The night is one of my fav cheerful song. Now the process was done, i got my life back and so much realized life is too short, yet awareness with the meaning of life. Died is more easily than live with a fear but this is life. until my time have come.... like Tim once said, I will lived my life I will remember. He deserved just more than Three letters from me.

I was never a massive fan of avicii, but he made fantastic music and you know with each and every song he made he definitely poured his heart and soul in it. You will definitely be missed 💙

I remember when I first heard his songs. It was magical, the way he made things so beautiful. The music, the lyrics, the feeling! Just amazing. And unique. My favorite DJ...What I admire most about him and his music is the way he embraced what's different. The way he told us, in his way, that being ourselves is just freaking awesome! This mans song helped cure my depression and kept me from putting a gun in my mouth when life was hard but if there is one thing i got from his music is that life is what you make of it. Go and follow your dreams dont let people shoot them down! If it was not for his music I would not be here today and I will never forget his music! "YOU RULE LIFE DONT LET LIFE RULE YOU!"

It's 3 months since the day he left us. In the past 3 months, I hardly listened to his songs, because I afraided of crying, but I never got better. I didn't find motivation to carry on everything I had persued. I couldn't truly enjoy any songs. However. after watching this video, I just found a light. It felt like Avicii's soul and spirit was inspiring me. Once again, those words motivated me - "One day you'll leave this world behind so live a life you will remember"

I have been listening to edm for the larger part of my life and the first edm so I ever herd was levels and I have love avicii ever since and when “the nights” came out I’d was inspired by that song and that video and I have been striving to live my life in a happy way. When I came home and herd that avicii had passed away I broke down right there in my kitchen. He has inspired me to live my life to the fullest. For the short time he was here with us he inspired so manny people and we can’t thank him enough for that. Thanks for inspiring me to live my best life. I will always miss you. As soon as I heard the clocktower I started bawling. I've been listening to Avicii for as long as I can remember. Now those summer nights I danced to his music will be bittersweet. You will be missed.

Avicii was a brilliant man, too fragile for this world. His legacy will forever be left for us to listen to, celebrate to, cry to, dance to...all of this done in the blink of an eye. Life is fleeting. Hold on tight.

Banaz Abdullah I've seen it. I saw what he went through. I couldn't have done that..ever. I didn't mean what I said in a derogatory way. I think he was just a kind and gentle soul that wanted to make music but he couldn't find the balance between his fame and his personal life. In the end it was just too much..and I think he was very fragile. I mean..wouldn't you have to be?

I drew Avicii' symbol on my wrist every day since his demise and until today. I love him so much!!

I'm still in pain watching Avicii videos every day since he passed away. Is anyone else having such a rough time without even knowing him? My body knows it wont have the joy again it used to have when I heard Avicii's new tracks. I'm sad and almost in tears whenever I hear his tracks. Must have heard them a 1000 times already. I fucking miss you Tim... :( You didn't deserve this brother.

You're always be remembered in our hearts with your music. You're one of those who influenced me alot to listen when it comes to EDM music. And I couldn't forget the first song I've listen from you, LEVELS. Thank you for your wonderful music. We love you.

very dark times ...a beautiful, kind, loving and wonderfully gifted musician. Hard to understand his final hours in this world. I hope that young men talk about their feelings and not bottle things up. RIP

this is the first artist that passed away that I actually cried for and felt such sadness. I didn't think I would have such a reaction, I never realized how influential he was until he was gone. He defined my college years and his music truly was an escape and comfort. R.I.P

Music can touch one's heart. Never even met you but your songs made me realized about the reality and life must go on. Bad or good need to embrace it. I'm happy and broken hearted at the same time. I love it how everyone at every concert know the words to every one of Avicii songs. I miss you Legend!

first song I listened was "broken arrows". the moment I listened I knew it was something different. inspiring, upbeat, and just awesome. i told myself i will check "Avicii" out later. I and my wife both knew his songs. Days before his passing, I just talked about avicii how awesome his songs were... and then came the news of his passing, i was totally shocked and didn't want to believe, i thought i was going to one of his concerts. listening to his songs now kinda make my eyes tear up. thanks very much to him for such wonderful songs.
