Normally, I don't believe anyone deserves anything other than what they earn. But no one can tell me Tony Romo doesn't deserve a Super Bowl ring. I haven't seen ANY quarterback play with more guts and grit than Romo. He has pulled victory from the jaws of defeat FAR more times than he's cost us a win and he leads this team through his example of playing through pain, getting up when he's been knocked on his ass and paying no attention to the critics calling him a choke artist. I've never rooted more for one player as I have for Romo!!! Finish the fight, bro! Get your ring!!!!!

Most career 4th qt comebacks/ and game winning drives, Most consecutive road games with at least 1td pass. His resume says it all, he is an amazing quarterback and a potential future hall of famer.

I am no Romo apologist, I recognize he has made more than several bonehead plays at the worst of times over his career thus far. However, this season has really brought to reality a simple fact: I am really going to miss watching Romo play. He may not be the best quarterback to ever touch a pigskin, but he he has something unique in his ability to dodge the sack. The threat of his "shoulder dip" or his weird spin move make any broken play a hold-your-breath-moment. I just think it is more entertaining to see someone embrace the chaos that can be football in a different way than others. You can say I don''t know the game or that I am a Romo apologist, but I don't care. I still dread the day that I don't get to see "Vintage Romo" one more time.

I'll just throw that in , this is a post provided by Blogging the boys comment and based on real stats on PFF and Pro Football Reference.. Here’s how a few of the top QBs in the NFL rank for all 4th quarter and overtime pass attempts from 1998-2014 (the period covered by PFR’s game play finder). I threw Eli Manning into the mix because he inexplicably has a reputation as a "clutch" QB. Passer Rating 1. Romo: 102.1 (Best in entire NFL) 2. Rodgers: 101.3 3T. Brady: 91.8 3T. Warner: 91.8 4. P. Manning: 90.4 5. Brees: 89.1 6. E. Manning: 81.7 Touchdown Percentage 1. Rodgers: 7.0% 2. Romo: 6.6% 3. Brady: 5.8% 4. P. Manning: 5.6% 5. E. Manning: 5.4% 6T. Warner: 4.9% 6T. Brees: 4.9% Interception Percentage 1. Brady: 2.4% 2T. Romo: 2.6% 2T. Rodgers: 2.6% 3. Brees: 2.8% 4. Warner: 3.0% 5. P. Manning: 3.1% 6. E. Manning: 3.9% Completion Percentage 1. Romo: 64.7% (Best in entire NFL) 2. Rodgers: 64.1% 3. Warner: 63.8% 4. P. Manning: 62.8% 5. Brees: 62.6% 6. Brady: 61.0% 7. E. Manning: 58.3% Yards Per Attempt 1. Romo: 8.5 Y/A (Best in entire NFL) 2. Rodgers: 8.0 Y/A 3. Warner: 7.9 Y/A 4T. P. Manning: 7.3 Y/A 4T. Brees: 7.3 Y/A 5. Brady: 7.2 Y/A 6. E. Manning: 7.0 Y/A But, okay, let’s restrict it even further. Let’s go with legit "clutch" situations. Here’s the same stats except restricted to situations in which the QB’s team is either tied or trailing. Passer Rating 1. Romo: 95.7 (Best in entire NFL) 2. Rodgers: 89.9 3. Brees: 88.0 4. P. Manning: 87.7 5. Warner: 85.2 6. Brady: 84.1 7. E. Manning: 79.8 Interception Percentage 1. Rodgers: 2.6% 2. Romo: 2.7% 3. Brees: 3.2% 4. Brady: 3.3% 5. P. Manning: 3.5% 6. Warner: 3.6% 7. E. Manning: 4.5% Completion Percentage 1. Romo: 63.9% (Best in entire NFL) 2. Brees: 62.5% 3. Warner: 62.4% 4. P. Manning: 62.3% 5. Rodgers: 61.0% 6. Brady: 59.5% 7. E. Manning: 58.3% Yards Per Attempt 1. Romo: 8.0 (Best in entire NFL) 2. Rodgers: 7.7 3. Warner: 7.6 4. Brees: 7.4 5T. P. Manning: 7.2 5T. E. Manning: 7.2 6. Brady: 6.8 Pretty much exactly the same results if you restrict it even further to the last two minutes of a game with the QB’s team tied or trailing by one possession. Romo is at or near the top of every list. For instance, Tom Brady threw 7 INTs in those situations on 156 attempts (4.5% INTs), while Romo has thrown 5 INTs on 146 such attempts (3.4% INTs). Rodgers threw 3 INTs in 60 attempts (5% INTs). So, I’m curious how you reconcile "Romo is bad when it matters" with the absolutely overwhelming evidence to the contrary. The thing is, we love narratives, and a lot of people don’t seem to particularly care whether those narratives are actually based in fact. It’s disappointing enough when casual fans/fans of other teams/the media perpetuate these nonsense narratives, but it’s deeply saddening that even some Cowboys fans buy into it

I've got nothing but respect for that man. He was a one man gang that made a mediocre team competitive. He put it all on the line every game and always played to win
Tony Romo was soo great i miss him👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great tribute to the guy who has grown up and is capable of taking this team to the Super Bowl.
Tony, Jason, Dez.. man oh man, they only got a little taste last year when we all knew they were ready to take that big bite.. Words can't express the emotions coming into this year CowboysNation.. This is our year, I feel it.
Love our team's QB. He has become my favorite Cowboy of all time and I've been a Boys fan for 35 years.
What a legend, I'm a Texans fan but always had a thing for watching this bloody gunslinger

Very good video man. Cant wait till this Sunday...GO COWBOYS!
One of the best underrated players to ever play. Career got defined by one mistake that didn't even have to do with him playing quarterback.
Wow! I love it. One of the best Cowboys tributes I've ever seen.
Tony romo my favorite NFL player
Tony Romo is the best !!!!
Plus the escape from JJ watt with the TD pass. But I guess ESPN never saw that play.

Are you kidding me? Romo is the shit this gets me hyped!!!!
he is such a great qb I love watching him play.he is a mix of brett farve and john Elway.
I don't get how people can say he is a bad qb, especially when he had an MVP type of year in 2014. He has a higher career quarterback passer rating than Tom Brady. 2x Passer Rating in 2007, 2014. Most career 4th qt comebacks/ and game winning drives, Most consecutive road games with at least 1td pass. His resume says it all, he is an amazing quarterback and a potential future hall of famer.
Great Tribute .
When he juked out jj watt I was in tears God bless cowboys
Die hard cowboys fan. LOVED romo. This video makes me love him more
Love this video. Love Romo!!!
My favourite cowboy ever
Toni romo nasty player !!!! Great arm
..this guy has consistently saved his teammates ass and won games that 'nobody' else had..many times while evading multiple opponents and he honestly enjoyed every TD, like a kid loves candy..if he 'doesn't' make the HOF, Dan Marino shouldn't either..he DESERVES it, regardless..
first time i saw this video romo and his boys are da shit dead or alive go cowboys uma fan for life
Romo will lead us to the super bowl!!!
I love Tony Romo & his passion. Let's do it this year.. we have a great team. I can't wait!
at 4:01 the way he looks at his son it's an epic moment.
my favorite player in NFL
Never has one so good been disrespected by so many.

Cowboys NFC Championship game this season , believe that !
Y'all can't say he MVP of sure and don't vote. You got to vote for Romo. He deserve MVP who does this good with a bad back that he has.
Exciting,Classy,Warrior=Tony Romo
Just waiting on ur Return no matter what You'll always be Tonezz Romezz to me !!!! #ScrambleGod #9Hunnittt
cowboys made a huge mistake not putting Romo back into the game when he was healthy. He deserved that much.
Deadass when i saw this tribute video i thought we were gonna win a superbowl that year

+Bruce Lee Bruce, as a proud American yourself, I am not surprised that you are also a fan of America's Team. Say hello to Coach Landry for me.
Love it ! Need the same song but tribute to all the Cowboy highlights . . . . I want to see the following Demarco Running through the line hard ("...on a steel horse I ride ...") . . .and Dez making a highlight catch ("...seen a lot of faces") . . and when he does the X (".. and I rocked them all !")
He has boys and they will come back with the ROMO NAME AND BRING US BACK
Awsome
We Believe!! Tony "Clutch"
Can we get a Dak one, he deserves it after carrying our team so hard his legs gave. I know he's gonna win us a championship!
Nice job on this Video
I love The Cowboys my favorite player is Des Bryant but I love Cole Beasly Jason Witten Romo :D

Damn great video!
The greatest Brett Favre without a ring.
I hope he comes to Houston

That's crazy. Thanks for posting this. More stats to use against Romo haters.
Romo to broncos 2017 .. he's gonna make the cowboys pay for benching him
I DONT GIVE A DAMN WHAT ANYBODY SAYS, ROMO WAS THAT DUDE. HE JUST NEVER HAD THE DEFENSE THEY HAVE NOW
u should make an updated one. A tribute for the whole team.
You know you're good when JJ watt is your poster boy lol But anyway what a sad day it's going be when Houdini retires. Go Cowboys and let's bring Houdini and the original gunslinger (besides Brett Favre) of the NFL a ring. He deserves it.
That's my guy. #Playoffs #Superbowl
#ROMO 09
Mike McCarthy would of made tony romo a legend, giving him rings and playoffs, something Garrett couldnt
Tony romo is so HOT
Romo was a Cowboy....
Most Elusive Quarterback For The NFL . Most Betterment Fourth Quarter Quarterback For The NFL .
He easily slipped through JJ Watt's grasp.
Fucking bad ass video or our leader and MVP for sure Romo, after that loss to GB which we got screwed cause fuck you it was a catch, noone I felt bad for the most than Romo
anybody got a tribute to Quincy Carter...didn't think so..

You say that like it was his fault they didn't make it. If you only read headlines, yeah, it was his fault. If you actually follow the game, you'll know that Romo carried this team when they had no chance otherwise.

If you look at the highlights, each of these teams were either average .500 teams or below. NONE of these highlights are against the powerhouses like Denver, Greenbay, New England, Seattle (although we won in 2014 it was b/c of DeMarco. Tony only had two TDS for a total of FIVE yards). This is actually sad.

My degree says otherwise, but you are a COMPLETE idiot if you don't see that. That's why his ass is hurt now. Too stupid and slow to take advantage of that multi-million dollar offense. Last Thursday, he had perfect blocking, yet still got hurt after BARELY being touched. Meanwhile, Jason Witten was wide open as per usual for a first down. Look at Romo trying to extend plays thinking he's Russell Wilson. He must still be high on oxycontin from his last dose when he had the nerve to tell Brady "See you in February" He was high then and high now! LOL He's washed up and so are the stupid Romo fans.

Can anyone say Tony Romo MVP 2015 - 2016 And Super Bowl MVP!! I just did, and it all starts 2morrow night. Anyone that thinks I'm full of Shit... I'd love 2 talk 2 you in about 20 weeks or so.
Romo would have beaten Green Bay idc what you say
He is a warrior who consistently choked in the key moments. Also he got himself injured for making the wrong decision and forcing plays.....One way or the other he always came short in the key moments....great stats clocked against poor competition....when the competition was good or when it mattered he was not Favre or staubach or elway or aikman, he became a snowflake. Hope he has a better broadcast career.
