Om puri's admission form in NSD doesn't have photograph pastes on it as he didn't have money. He promised he will submit. My friend's Mama Dwivedi ji told me about this.

Om puri was the most respected, God gifted actor, humble, kind and dare to speak the truth human being. He is in heaven i am sure. I pray for him to Allah. May Allah forgive him and give him special place in heaven. Ameen. Love you and miss you om puri ji.

I wish Om Puri had taken care of himself more. Such a loss. Each time I come across one video or other of his, the regret crops up again. Recently I was the prison museum in Port Blair; quite surprisingly, the evening show started and there came the voice of Om Puri. What a touching moment. I recommend everyone to participate in the evening show at this museum, just to hear his voice.

I,Ashit Ranjan Das,think myself so lucky to be able to see great On Puri ji,Standing on the door o f a Rlly compartment of a reserved Rlly.Train one night and talking to people at Badarpur Rly.Junction in the Dust of Karimganj,Assam where I rushed to see him from my home when suddenly I came to know that he had come there for the shooting of a TV Documentary called"Yatra" or "Rail Yatra".I actually miss him so much because I always loved "Art Films" ,done by great film makers and roles played by all veteran talented actors like Nasir Sahab,Om Puri ji,Smita Patil ji,Anant Nag ji,.Girish karnadji,Pawan Malhotra ji,Raghuvir Yadav ji, Shaban's Ajmi ji.........

I am very impressed by OM G. I especially bought his autobiography.
