I’m wondering if that Shepherd’s pie was made with lamb? If it wasn’t then it’s a cottage pie and you don’t usually find carrots in a Shepherd’s pie. Carrots and peas are in a cottage pie. That’s a hard one for people outside of the UK and Germany to like for some reason. I was told by one American child that she didn’t like different food touching so she didn’t like it. As an English person I just can’t understand what’s not to like. English people actually eat a lot of spicy food. We love Indian/Pakistani food as it’s more popular than fish and chips these days. My father was from Pakistan so, I actually grew up eating spicy food in England and most of my friends love it too 😋😋😋😋

I feel this is usually because people can't pronounce German words in a smooth way. Germans don't talk like this, they are used to the words and can pronounce them smoothly. They don't sound like the clichés in movies. The German language is very poetic.

My mother makes Erdbeerkuchen every year at the start of spring. I didn't know it was called that, I thought it was just "strawberry pie", but I recognized it as soon as they brought it to the table.

Mehboob gradually become prominent and took the spotlight. Its only about time before Manzoor follow his trend.

@@Cassxowary If you make it at home it has apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, water, just a very small bit of salt, and vegetable shortening. Some people use beaten egg white to brush on the top crust-not everyone makes a lattice top crust-to make it shiny and to make it brown more. My family makes a full top crust and we don't use egg white because it can make the crust brown too quickly and by the time the pie has finished baking the crust is scorched or even burned. Some people put ginger in the filling and/or use brown sugar instead of white sugar, but my own family doesn't. We also don't like a lot of cinnamon, just a little bit.

Also, this confirms my theory that the cast is shown the comments on a regular basis. Oh, may I suggest you keep salt and sugar on the table? (When relevant). I'm german and I'm very happy that you like our Erdbeerkuchen. I was also surprised that Mehboob spoke german! In my region we call it Erdbeerbörmche (or Erdbeerboden), though. Which is palatinate for strawberry bottom because this kind of pie is just a pie bottom with fruit on top. And you usually add whipped cream, which makes it taste even better. I love your videos and I don't miss a single one. Much love from Germany!

I love this series so much. It's nice to see that they are more open, confident and demanding! Really a nice watch, and is sometimes quite funny.

How did their jokes get much more funnier. Mehboob's english is soo good. I speak a bit Urduh because im bangladeshi. I can almost understand everything. i laughed so much throughout this Wow! Very big improvement.

@@nabeegh8766 Bangladesh literally borders India and there was immigration from Pakistan when Bangladesh was East Pakistan and many people go to India to work

@@shouryajain8847 not exactly an immigration. a war actually with west pakistan. they *were* opposing our relatives. sometimes they used to kill them if they did not provide tax or stuff. so people immigrated to india for a bit. after winning the war, they came back.

We found out what we have to bring mustafa to make him happy. Mustafa loves pies! This is the first episode where he liked everything... I would be so happy to cook torta Pasqualina for him 😊😊😊😊 i am italian and i can make him the best one 🤗🤗🤗🤗

They are white so they don’t like spice. I lost it there, laughing my butt off. She’s not wrong, there are portions of the US where very bland cooking is the norm. 🤣🤣🤣

Thank the lord it is not all the United States, especially the South like New Orleans, because we like our spices, and we dont do bland especially in this part of the United States.

It's like that here in the UK too, sadly. Plus, a lot of food is quite greasy as well. I prefer foods from other cultures, because they tend to have more flavour. I also love to season the food that I make, so it doesn't end up bland. I always have spices around. XD

That was actually pretty good German from mehboob here... perfectly understandable!

I have to agree that apple pie is pretty boring unless it has ice cream on top of it. I don't hate it, but I never get excited when it's there. "They're white- that's why." 🤣🤣🤣 Ok, I adore them all, but Shaanti is officially my favorite of the ladies now. Mehboob, bro, your English is almost better than mine. Steady on! And props to Mustafa enjoying foods the last several episodes. I would still love it if he shared stories from his youth, though. You can tell he's seen a LOT.

I like to think my apple pie is pretty good, i toss the apples generously with brown sugar before baking and adding some cinnamon.
