Last june Alex was preparing for the Ironman race of Nice in France, one of the hardest triathlons.
For ten years he has participated to almost forty triathlons, and four Ironman races. For him, sport is a way of life, something he can't live without.
This film is about the passion of a man for this discipline.

I love this video. I'm training for my first tri and this gets me pumped up about it.

Im 13 and I'm doing my first in 3 months, always remember: you can do this, and don't listen to people telling you otherwise. Good luck!

+Mister. Bubbles You are awesome! My ten year old son is obsessed with triathlon, he has learned the crawl swim, can run a 6:30 per minute mile, just needs a race bike now. He has completed 3 kids triathlon courses, best of luck to all of you, wonderful sport!

Hey, if he wants a racing bike... if your on budget i would recommend what i have. i have the schwinn volare 1300 www.amazon.com/Schwinn-Mens-Volare-1200-Bike/dp/B00P0IN13K/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1445990574&sr=8-2-fkmr0&keywords=schwinn+volare+12000 its a great bike.. good quality and its cheep.. if you dont want to spend 900 bucks you should get it!

+Eoin Chedzey No I've studied stills of this video... lol it's not the Kask. Thank You tho! It might be a Giro prototype because the visor looks like the giro air attack... but the helmet profile is so clean! No vents... ANYONE???

Perso je prépare l'half Ironman des sables d'Olonne, pour faire un Ironman complet dans deux ans. Le plus dure c'est que pour la nage je pars de zéro
