It is used in many engineering problems. Sometimes u will need an exact shape to fit at some places.... Like the shape game we all have played in our childhood.... If the triangle was scalene we would have to see which side corresponds to which one...

Sorry sir but there's no AAS congruence in math only four congruence are in maths SSS, SAS,ASA,RHS

Oops! Did we forget ASA, Eddie? So not 4 tests, but 5. Also the "congruent to" symbol has a squiggly line at the top.

Understanding Maths He did mention it at 2:02 He said AAS(2 angles and a side) but it’s the same as ASA only the order is different but it’s still the same thing

Actually the two symbols ≡ and ≅ are both valid to denote congruence. It's just one is used more often than the other. The second one is usually preferred in geometry since it denotes equivalence (=) and similarity (~), while the other is used more in abstract algebra.
