Hi there railfans. Good to see you all back here, or welcome if this is your first time here.
Today I'm back in Miami, just North of the Miami Airport Station.
Most of the trains you will see today are from Tri-Rail with one CSX rock train near the end of the video.
Lets start with Tri-Rail.
Engine numbers 807, 808 and 809 are EMD F40PHM-3C's.
Engine number 811 is an EMD F40PHR-3C.
Engine numbers 823 and 825 are Brookville BL36PH's.
There are also some EMD GP49's left in the fleet but unfortunately none showed today. Maybe one in the next video?... But the F40's are pretty cool as well so all good for me.
Now for the Cab Cars: (The other end of the train from the engines point of view).
Cab Car 504 is a UTDC Bi-level Cab Car. Note the window on one side of the door only.
Cab Cars 507 and 508 are almost similar but are built by Bombardier. Note the two windows, at either side of the door.
Cab Cars 513, 515 and 516 are the latest and are built by Bombardier.
Close to the end you see the CSX L789, a GE CM40-8, or more popular called a Dash 8.
This one is on it's way to pick up some fresh limestone from the quarries just west of Miami.
And there is another day come to an end.
