Trey Gowdy Hammers IRS Commissioner
Congressman Trey Gowdy relentlessly hammered IRS Commissioner John Koskinen on the missing IRS emails and on how Koskinen hasn't personally seen evidence of criminal wrongdoing at the IRS, which Gowdy found particularly outrageous because Koskinen hasn't read the relevant criminal statutes.
Gowdy lectured Koskinen on the "negative inference" drawn by the inability of the IRS to retrieve these emails, and said if a taxpayer is being prosecuted by the IRS a jury would look on them with more than a little suspicion.

Yeah this IRS guy practiced the law forty years ago and gave it up for Lent and never went back. He is a snake in the grass. I once again love Trey Gowdy, Mr Issa, Mr Chaffetz,and Jim Jordan. Keep up the good work guys ad gals.

Congress is not a court. They have no power to make indictments. Only the Department of Justice can. What Congress CAN do is expose the BS so the American people can make better future decisions regarding politics.
