That is some great blocking.

Great vision, quickness and speed. He’s surprisingly tough as hell.

It may have only been two games each, but Benson always had a Dalvin Cook type performance against Miami and Florida. He was always out for blood against in state rivals.

That's why he never fumbles. Tiki used to be a fumbling machine until the Giants coaching staff changed how he held the ball to "high & tight". After the change Tiki damn near never fumbled.

If I was Chicago, I would of kept Fields, trade down for major trade offers of many picks of this draft and next year's. Position themselves to draft Troy Benson and go ahead and have him be worked as a major player on the team of running the ball ( hard, not going down easy ) as primary image of the team as Bears are familiar with this type of football and having Fields continue his progression by way of having him learn the Management System of QB where his legs can contribute when defenses dont expect this off the Offense the Bears should focus on, not continuing to find the next great one at QB spot. You build defense with many picks and options for getting right players to based their team with Defense first, RB base, QB moments of play action TDs. But , it's too late. Fans now hoping Williams is humble because their new star WR in Keenan Allen is VERY DEMANDING of his QB to give him the ball and will voice his emotions on a very younger player in a QB. Good luck, Troy Benson IS THE PERFECT PLAYER FOR BEARS!

There is only 1 Walter Payton, but you can still use the formula surrounding the position, everything RPO does not mean to copy cat , go based football ) Benson reminds me of Payton, not the style or the moves, the mentality and toughness. Benson is a hard nose RB built for speed and contact of position with Ladanian Tomilson QUICKNESS . He wearing small shoulder pads of his choice so he is actually just as big as the rest of the bigger looking RBs..

i mean breakin tackles is just a part of the game. he showed vision, excellent long speed and acceleration which at his size (6'1, 224) is insane, great contact balance to break thru arm tackles and some hands. if he gets to the second level he will punish the other team

⁠​⁠@@NA_9797did you watch the video? there was way more than 3-4 times where he made plays at the first level. he's 220 and can't be arm tackled, is good at making that first cut, and has 4.4 speed to help get past the first level where he's guaranteed to get some yards after contact. this last season he finally shows his ability be a great pass catcher as well. the most NFL ready RB in my opinion
