This is great stuff. As a coach, I love it because I'm learning and I can use some of the terms and techniques to help my pitchers develop. As a baseball fanatic, it's just really fun and nice to see.

Nice to get to see these "behind the scenes" things. I've been around top level amateur sports a bit in the past, and I know that there are guys like this around there, but to see this from guys that earn millions in a pro sport with so much competition is amazing.

2 years later, and Kikuchi may not quite be at Cy Young levels yet, but he's up to 97-98 on his top fastball and pitching like an absolute ace this year.

he's just showing how to throw it. Hitters can look at a video of his pitch if they want to study it, but this is in no way giving a hitter tips.

Dont remember where it was but he said before that he doesn't worry about that, since while they might have info on him, he also studies them and their data/tendencies as well

Marcus Sauce all he said was his arm slot is the same for both pitches, and there’s a reason pitchers keep their hands hidden when they grip anyway, he’s not showing anything a hitter can use that they didn’t know already, guys watch hours of video on him as it is they know everything they can from their perspective
