I’m a padres fan and I would like to say that Bauer is really cool dude ngl like I love his mentality

I just saw this video in 2022. I've heard a lot of whining by old school baseball fans and guys who still play in our 50s... and I agree with you, Trevor... I like seeing how you guys have fun with each other, wear thick skin, go back and forth with the trash talking, and in the end you guys smile at each other like 'GOT YA!'... the fans love it and most importantly, you showed why you don't need to throw at guys. The old school generation wants their brand of ball back. I'm ok if it goes in this direction instead with celebrations and competitors nodding to each other in respect. It also hypes me up to wanna play more ball... at 50... yeah I'm crazy but why stop playing if I can suit up and swing a bat...

Ugh i can't stand the old thought process of just play the sport with zero emotions. It makes the game more exciting and it makes you want to watch more closely bc you don't want to miss what could happen next. Its kind of like a shock jock and people waiting to hear what they say next. Baseball is a great sport and with the time clock speeding up the game the trash talk just makes it more enjoyable all while still respecting one another after the game is over.

As a Dodger fan I love both of these players. Seeing a rivalry form between the two, mixed alongside with nail-biting baseball is entertainment perfection.

Same, I stopped watching around the early 2000s. Started again maybe 6-7 years ago, it has improved, unwritten rules notwithstanding.

As long as it stays respectful it's perfect...and the Tatis stealing a sign thing is shaky evidence at best he doesn't deserve to be thrown at or anything for that...keep this going don't let it be toxic and you guys can save baseball

Trevor is definitely the definition of Bauerwood . Hands down the best blog videos. Our youth should definitely learn from Trevor and his pitching tips.

Man.. i really enjoy the access Trevor is providing us. I've loved both the NBA and MLB for years but NBA will always be number 1 for their access and storylines... Trevor is showing us a glimpse and its GLORIOUS!! Love the respect for competition and throw out the unwritten rules! We need more personalities like Trevors! Hope more kids see this and do the same! I’ve always loved baseball, but never really understood what exactly goes into it on a player level. This is a whole new respect i’ve gained for this game.
