Trent has been collecting since 1977. This collection is out of this world!

Meet Trent, his collection began as a child after watching star wars in theatres... now, he has amassed one of the most complete star wars figure collections I have seen!

Pretty cool Alex! Great little mini series of collectors! Kinda cool to see the other side of what you do. End product versa selling!
Love the Stephen King book collection. I lived in Bangor right around the corner from Mr. King from 1980-1984 and I have some great memories of him ( especially from Halloween). My youngest brother Eric was great friends with his son Owen so he was a regular visitor at the King house and sometimes Owen would come over to ours. Super down to earth guy and does alot for the kids in the community up there
Alex, I'm the guy who bought that vinyl capped Jawa off you. It sits prominently in a collection very similar to this one. Thank you, again!
I'm 56 yrs old and to see that glint in Trent's eye talking about his passion makes me so happy! I love watching collection vids. Many thanks for posting!
I remember buying my sons many of those toys & how excited they were to get them.
Alexander curates collectors as brilliantly as he does product. He knows what's worth sharing.
Wow! What a wonderful collection. Impressive!
Last year I sold all my vintage toys and comic book collection that I had for over 30 years. I made a bundle and it is so freeing not having to worry about them anymore. My collectible room was very much like this one and became so overwhelming and stressful for me. It was great selling it all to others who will in turn love the items like I did.

Amazing ! My son was born in1976 & going to the Star Wars movie with my husband was my first outing after his birth,. This brings back such sweet memories of him playing with these toys😊
Keep bringing out all those extraordinary hidden gems!
Thanks Alexander. That was such a great interview and a beautiful collection. I can only guess that the contents of that one room is probably worth the value of an entire house. Special insurance required, no doubt. A collection of interest to many envious viewers I'm sure. We'll done. 🫡
I'm proud to say I saw the first Star Wars in the theater when it first came out. Not the first night but the first week in the theater. That was a fabulous collection.
I absolutely love this series. I love seeing others be passionate about something that makes them happy. Far too often as a collector, I often get asked, mostly by family, "How many do you need?", or "haven't you grown out of that? "Aren't you too old?" Thankfully, I have a supportive husband that loves when my eyes light up (his words) when I get a new addition to my collection. I have 1000+ plus Breyer horses. While not everyone's cup of tea, it makes me happy.

You have a void that needs filling ie something went wrong somewhere and collecting makes you feel good. Hoarders feel the same way about throwing things away. I collect to distract myself from childhood trauma . Not saying you are but 95% of collectors collect for particular reasons other than I want it.
My cousin was obsessed with Mark Hamill and I had seen the commercial for Star Wars and was the only one interested in seeing it. So the two of us went. IT WAS AMAZING!!! No other movie was like that back then.

@@julier.1902 I was 15 and it had just gotten to the theater but it wasn't a full house yet. I loved everything about it. I don't think she really cared about the story, and not sure if she saw any of the others. I didn't like spending time with her, she was not a nice person. Me, her, and two other girl cousins were all basically the same age, they didn't want to see the movie, especially since she was going. Sad but true. My children love the movie too, it's nice when something can be enjoyed by a whole family.
Very cool series. I was also 7 in 1977 and saw Star Wars in a small theater. I had a bunch of toys. The one I remember the most was a Land Cruiser.
Very nice collection. I’m amazed at people who collect items. The most I’m ever able to collect some things I can appreciate is around 10 items. ❤ Alexander this series of interviews is amazing classy items ❤
I love seeing other people's collections. If you're even in Ottawa and want to do more of these, stop by my place. My home office resembles this. (Roughly 20000+ pieces in my collections - Including a few pieces I got from your Kastner auctions)
Very nice guy and such a well-displayed collection!!!! Loving this collector series, Alex! 🥰🥰🥰
Amazing! My 3 boys (and husband) were all the right age when Star Wars began. LOL I have stepped on every character he has (nearly) at one time during those years. Christmas was like a Star Wars convention under our tree. So many fun and good memories during those years. This was great Alexander!! Fun time! Kind of makes me flinch watching the value of those 'toys' now!

I get so jealous of these collectors who are soooooo organised. I can't even keep my house clutter free :) What an amazing collection.
I remember my high school friends and I seeing Star Wars the year it came out, it was our high school graduation year. And at the end of the movie we just sat stunned at what we had just seen, it was unlike anything we'd ever seen on screen before, was such a groundbreaking movie!

I also saw Star Wars in 1977 it changed my life!
Cool..everytime I watch these I feel like I should have kept all my stuff

Wonderful collection. Will never forget my father coming home from work with my first Star wars figure Luke Skywalker and my brother got Han Solo back in 1977. That was the beginning of a large collection of figures got and played with. There is just something about looking at these figures so many years later and still having the same feelings.
Amazing collection of Star wars figures and vehicles keep collecting and may the force be with you all star wars fans the force is strong with this one 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 trent

Amazing collection! As a huge Star wars collector myself I can see Trent has a world class collection. The MOC figures he has on display that are unpunched command a pretty penny so Its wonder he does not get those graded along with the comics! Thank you for this video Alex!

So cool. As a retro collector, I love stuff like this.
Wow what a goldmine
I've been collecting star wars myself since 1977 love it still buying today
I had vintage Star Wars figures still carded and unpunched. I bought them from a shop that had a load of old stock in boxes. I also had a complete collection of M.A.S.K vehicles and figures, vintage Action Man, He-Man. I still had my Gjostbusters and GI-Joe's. They were all stolen when my mother had a loft insulated and work done. There was a spree of theft at the time, vintage toys, vinyl records, beswick, minton, and Wedgwood etc being on the hit list. It wasn't what they were worth it was more the sentimental value of collecting them with my late father. Keep them safe and Happy collecting guys!
Wow what a wonderful collection! I’m really enjoying the interviews!! I hope there will be lots more!
My brother has a Star Wars room in his house, too. He's an artist and has built/sculpted life-size characters from the movies. He also designs logos for businesses and inserts for collector cases to display characters that don't have their original packaging. I also saw the original movie in the theater in 1977. I wasn't as impressed as Trent. Lol. It's actually the only one of the movies I've seen in its entirety. I remember in middle school, we had to read the book version of the 2nd movie. I couldn't finish it. I declared then that I hated science fiction. I didn't. In fact, we also had to read the Star Trek script of The Trouble with Tribbles. Turns out, my love is for Star Trek. My son was raised watching Star Trek with me, but somehow figured out how to love both Star Wars and Star Trek. Thanks for sharing these people's stories. I love when people follow their passions like this.

Such great memories.... I got into star wars when i was about 9 or 10 when they released the second power of the force line in the 90's. I have such great memories collecting that line. I stopped collecting for about 10-15 years, but started again in 2015 and been going strong since..... Just picked up the large Millennium Falcon they released a decade or so ago, since I lost my power of the force falcon years ago.... Great collection buddy!!!
This was so cool. I love your videos of other collectors. So interesting to see what they collect and listening to their stories. Thanks Trent for allowing Alex into your home to share your awesome collection with us. I have a friend that collects the Lego sets and figures. He inherited some very rare ones from a close friend who travelled all over to attend special events and toy fairs. My favorite of the figures is Yoda in a New York I ❤shirt. So darn cute. Another rare one he has that I love is a mini set with Han Solo riding a Tauntaun. He's been offered crazy money for those but refuses to sell them. They are priceless to him because they were his friend's. I saw Star Wars when it first came out when I was a teenager. Saw it at 3 different theaters with one being an outdoor drive-in. Sweet memories.

What a great collection. My son would love it. Alex, you’re a fantastic interviewer.
In summer 1979, I remember my mum brought me my 2 first action figures who were R2 D2 & a Stormtrooper, this is how I get into the Star Wars toy collectible world. Also my parents who are the first Stat Wars fans of the family bring me to the theater in Paris (October 1977 French date movie release) and it was such a show that it was impossible to not fall in love with the film and toys were the best way to recreate your favorite galaxy at the time.
I also saw Star Wars in 77. I was 12 and it’s definitely unforgettable
I have many of the original toys from Palatoy in the loft including the original figures from the first two movies .I wonder if Trent has a Super 8 Cine version of Star Wars?
Wow! Amazing collection! I seen the 1st Stars Wars with my dad. The theater is now for wedding receptions & conventions. I had my wedding reception where I saw Star Wars! Lol, I kept telling everyone, but only a fan would get how wild that is. ;)
Nice collection Trent. Star Wars was the first movie I saw at the show and it got in my head like it did yours. Half of the second floor of my house is devoted to it. Cheers from Windsor Ontario.

I was a senior in high school. There were 3 of us we went the first night, the midnight showing, one of us stood in line for over a week. We just kept switching to hold our place. One of us was a freshman in college so he had more time. I was only 17 so I didn’t have to stay overnight. It was so much fun.
