Video idea: you show us your fashion journey (your style growing up) and explain how you found your current style. I think I remember bestdressed (don’t know if you know her but she’s an Asian American KZreadr I used to LOVE) doing a video like that and I loved it.

ah so funny you say bc I used to have 2 pairs of Lucy and yak dungarees ! but I sold them both bc they just don't fit me right :( my two pairs were in two different sizes and neither fit me right so I just never wore them. but I do agree they are great great dungarees !! ah pls this is such a kind kind message bc I used to get teased for my voice when I was younger so its a massive sore spot for me, I spent early childhood down under in Sydney n moved to the uk and quickly caught a verrrry 'queen's English' British accent and as a teen in south London not everyone was as kind as you are about it xxxxxxx (pls it ac means so much, thank you eternally)

Yay! Another video! So sorry for the following lengthy run on explaination but it's hard to describe hahah: For the patch pocket jeans, if you have a pair that are too small for you, take a seam ripper and carefully remove the back pockets. Save the rest of the too small jeans for another project or to make denim patches. Find a cheap pair of thrifted jeans (I find a non-skinny more boxy or straight leg fit might be more flattering for this look but that's just my opinion & will give more area to sew the pockets down to) Pin those back pockets below the front pockets of the thrifted jeans (Make sure that the white inside cottony pocket part of the thrifted jeans aren't pinned as well or they won't be useable) Once the back pockets are pinned down and you've tried them on for the right positioning - with denim thread which is stronger than regular and will hold up longer - neatly hand sew around the bottom & side edges keeping the top seam open. Done Not entirely the same as the ones shown as you'd end up with 4 functional pockets instead of just the 2 tiny patch pockets but a little diy project might be fun to try. 🌞

Hi Ash. Lovely video. I'd like to ask you a question about your personal style. You mentioned being overwhelmed by the idea of wearing lots of colors or patterns, so I was wondering are there any "colorful" colors that you do like to wear or would you consider neutrals your favorite colors to wear entirely? (To me if it's a color that can be found in a rainbow, then it's a "colorful" color.)

Where I live it’s wayyyy too hot for jeans… but we do get to wear them a handful of times a year… however (!!!) I don’t even think I have one pair of jeans that fit me anymore and I randomly want to try all of them on and see but I haven’t so I have a giant stack in my closet. It sends me into a wild freak out if I ever get invited anywhere lol cuz literally none of my clothes for besides the stuff I wear to work 😂 why did you choose vinted as the way to see your clothes?

Ah pls where do you live !!?? I can’t imagine not being able to bundle myself in as many layers as will fit under my armpits !! I chose Vinted bc it’s where I find all my own clothes!! So I’m always on there anyway !! Vinted is so much better than depop, depop is so overpriced I can’t afford shein on there !!

One time a former roommate was supposed to pay me some money, but she never did...I thought. But then six months later my new roomate and I found an envelope under his bed and it had $75 in it--the old roommate had pushed it under the front door and his cat swatted it under his bed, LOL!

I ac got them from eBay !! I got them about 10 years ago n took them to supersavers to get my prescription put it, ever since ive just got the same frames when the old ones break and pop out the lenses hehehe xxxx
