It’s been this way for years. I remember stuff like SMG4, pink sheep, then later the Paul Brothers and JayStation being the brainrot content that a lot of people watched. It’s only now that it’s all collected in one place, that being the YTS page. It’s about the same number of brainrot content, but it just seems like there’s more because it’s all now collected in this one place.

You used to be able to upload whatever you wanted on KZread, and most of the time, your videos would reach a ton of people, including those actually interested in that niche. Unfortunately that's not the case anymore. I'm just glad I enjoy making videos and do it for fun, because if I cared about numbers I would be so confused and unmotivated.
