It's Black Jazz Music, when it comes down to Black cultural characteristics/innovation, it's never about color. But yet the Whites, Fabricated Jews,Asains, Middle Easterns, etc have a (GROUP) based Society that's based on not sharing with Blacks. Economically, Socially Politically,(which is cool). It's never a level of reciprocity)
