    Yes. Correcting methylation helps a lot. In a way you're lucky if you're overmethylated, as niacin alone does quite a bit to help tamper down BP. Of course there's other things, too. Look up Dr. Walsh's videos, too. A former gov scientist that started studying these things. He worked with Dr. Mensah, but you can't see Dr. Walsh directly. You must go through MDs such as Dr. Mensah.
