They definitely showed out. The change of camera angle was specifically shot for TikTok which is genius honestly. They think of every detail in their production. They definitely deserve more airtime...

Its the title track they are currently promoting. I dont think there ever was another choice. Edit: of course they are extremely talented and dedicated artists but I think they would have preformed sclass either way.

This performance was outstanding and anyone that knows true hip hop saw the homage they paid to old school plus it was a celebration of hip hop that night too! That remix for Changbin’s part is perfection as an old head. 🔥

This was the best performance at the VMA 2023!!!. They flew from Japan (14-15 hour flight) right on the day of the performance😭 and before that they had a two-day concert in Japan after which they immediately boarded the plane. they were really exhausted, We Stays were very worried about them... but they blew up the stage, received the award for the best kpop and flew back home😭💔 and by the way, the work of the VMA cameramen was terrible, they filmed from the worst angles. Now I understand that Korean operators are at the highest level!!! haha

US performances don't require as much camera changes as Korean performances do. Mainly because our groups are typically less than 5 people and the camera directions used typically get all of them vs Korean groups can and have been over 10+ people. They're more prepared to focus on multiple people at different times and different angles. I think it could 100% be achieved, Hollywood is an entertainment powerhouse for a reason, but not with a foreign guest that has less control over stage dynamics, camera angles and preference.

Ive only learned recently that the vma was celebrating hiphop and while it's true that S-Class is their promoted title track, it's definitely a STRAY KIDS move to further fit the concept of the show like emphasizing the hiphop section and adding more instrumentals to the song to amplify the atmosphere theyre setting. Plus they never slack with award shows 😂 its always exciting to see their stages and remixes While other viewers may accuse them of lipsyncing coz theyve got a back track and prerecorded vocals, theyre literally dancing so much and theyre still singing above that track 🤷‍♀️ This is unrelated but seeing the VMA trophy has me thinking of Stray Kids' HALL OF FAME and I felt like the stars were aligning LOL

The SKZ talker for this just came out a few days ago, and their whole trip was just insane.

I'm probably dating myself & you guys seem too young to know this song but the hiphop remix version they did at the vmas after the rewind sound.....the base line in that hiphop part was giving major Black Sheep- This or That vibes. 😂❤❤❤

I love how in that one part of the song they're saying something in Korean but it sounds like they're saying pick something up in English and their dance moves look like they're picking something up! I've noticed this in a lot of kpop where it is Korean lyrics that mean something else but sound like something in English it's so cool
