Manananggal is a myth creature where half of its body separates and flies. This song tells us that no matter how high we can fly (success) we still have to be grounded. As always SB19's songs are metaphoric and the messages are deep. Definitely, Stell's and Ken's voices are opposites which made this group even more amazing - unity in diversity. Of all the dances of SB19 Mana is my favorite ,especially their foot work .

Pablo recently said that when he sings Mana, it feels really different... like something supernatural. I have to admit that among his compositions (he writes 99% of the group's songs), there is a kind of energy in this song that makes their performances pop out. Thanks again for supporting our boys! The song is grotesquely themed around a Filipino mythical creature the Manananggal (shortcut as Mana), which body splits to two: the upper torso with bat-like wings flies to hunt at night while the lower torso is safely hidden on ground.
