+Abdikarim Osman Farah Not bad ! However since you're talking about a _past_ experience, then the second part of your sentense should also be in the past tense (In this case : passé composé). _Quand j'étais à Paris, j'ai visité la Tour Eiffel._ Keep learning ! :)

Nasiha Ahmed: I am only a beginner but, going by what was said on the videos, there is no such thing as "Je suis été"; it should be either "J'ai été" meaning "I have been"; or "J'étais" meaning "I was". Correct me if I'm wrong.

At 4:57; I thought "hier" would dump that sentence into the Passé Compose? Vous n'étiez pas de trés bonne humeur hier.
