Installation of the TRE Air differential lockers in a 2015 Suzuki Jimny.
From removing the wheels, brakes, side shafts, CV joints etc. to drilling the holes for the air fittings and putting the wheels back again.

the only thing i would have done differently was to remove the fill plug before you remove the drain plug, just good practice.

How have these lockers been holding up to offroad use? Im interested in installing a locker in my jimny but im a bit concerned about longevity. Great tutorial!
Why not moving the front diff air nossle to the top half of the diff...less exposed .. my 2c

Morning, Yes, I should have. By the time I realized I made a mistake, I was so close to finish and couldn't wait to go play. I did break the previous fitting when I went over a steep hill and replaced it with a shorter and smaller one. It hasn't given me any issues yet, but I am planning to move it soon.
Hello, how are you? I have a pneumatic ARB in the back of my Suzuki and I'm not happy with it, there are continuous leaks, one day it leaks a lot and the next it doesn't, I've already disassembled it several times (it has all new seals). My experience with the pneumatic ARB is not good at all. Now I would like to put a TRE electric in front axle , but I heard that sometimes it does not connect, which one do you recommend? electric OR pneumatic?
