It's actually a formula he's used for years, except recently the recurring guests have just been a sounding board for Vlad's opinions. TK Kirkland is the only who who has figured out the formula. If you notice, he just nods in approval to everything Vlad says, collects his check and goes home. If it's a recurring guest, be prepared to watch 50 clips of Vlad trying force his opinion on his guest about some topics of the day.

There only has to be probable cause for the raid. The charges come after or not at all depending on what they actually found during the raid. It’s literally exactly just like how cops can search your vehicle claiming that they “smell weed inside of it,” but can only arrest you if they actually find some during their search.
