Man I really love the XRT, great handling with 8s power. I also love those Vivaton front knuckles. When you get the blue ones in stock I will buy them for mine, and it does seem like it turns sharper after the Vivaton upgrades. I will have to do the same. Thanks Joe, awesome stuff!

Changing the Ackerman helps improve steering (& take away steering, depending on whichever way u go). IF Ackerman is different.

Great video brother! with the XRT being my first Traxxas rig I've really started to hate how annoying they make the rigs to fix. Arrma definitely got them beat in that category even though the XRT is my favorite rig.

Hey exo! I just install the injora roll cage on my ridgerock! Looks a lot better! Plus you can use the original arms to make it a true 4 link! I do rcmd

It takes some wiggling, but you can get the steering bellcrank out and the Vitavon part in just by pulling off the steering brace. You don't have to pull the front module off the chassis.

Great video will help a lot with changing the Bell crank out. I just got my Vitavon Bell crank wondering did you adjust the spring tension at all before you install the crank? Also about how many turns of the spring retention knob did you do?

I was never a fan of upgrading for the sake of upgrading and that bulkhead on traxxas trucks is rock solid as stock. Imo same goes for servo savers since aluminum onces tend to gunk up and bind.

There is a lot of that on this channel. Every rig becomes a $3-$10k one after every Vitavon part that you can install is installed. Not sure if it's for advertising purposes to sell more or if it's just for content or both.

Sometimes it’s just to make things shiny, I’m a dealer for Vitavon so that helps, I have a website full of Vitavon and other brands and I’m expanding the other brands soon as well. Yeah most of my trucks do get expensive but it’s a hobby and I like to do this.

@@ExocagedRC IM not here to mocy you or anything. Shiny is cool just not my way of doing rc's. I tend to building in very performance driven way and if plastic part is doing fine i usually keep it plastic cuz of weight. Im strictly sticking to plastic when IT comes to servo savers as due to plastic beeing softer Sand can basicly squeaze out of it white in case of aluminum it usually building up on much harder surface eventually binding it. At least That was the case for like 6 aluminum serio savers i worked with. Albo could you mąkę 12s 5t IM Kinga curious on vitavon battery mounts and their esc Mount on rear brace and new motor Mount. Cant fine any video on these on yt so you might be 1st.

Have you found the vitavon orange is a different orange then the traxxas orange? I did the vitavon front upper bulkhead, bell cranks and battery strap hold down kit and all 3 pieces are very dull in comparison to my shocks. Did they change there orange color? Yours look alot closer matched in color

That would be my choice too. At 1st I was all about the xmaxx. Then I started driving the XRT more off road and suddenly it was.. xmaxx who? I’ve Never heard of her? 🤔🤔

I kinda live out in the woods. I don’t have city limits where I’m at. Plus it’s just dirt and can be flattened quick if needed.
