Years ago this video is what made me want an Xmaxx more than anything. Yesterday, I finally got to drive it on the water. Coolest thing ever 😁😁👍👍

This is way better than the Nikko Vaporizr, which just floats on the water and moves slowly through it. The Traxxas X-MAXX drives ON the water. It nearly hovers above it.

Hi Jonathan. Each tire has a foam insert in it, but they don't have enough buoyancy to keep the truck afloat. The truck is way too heavy for that. Thats why Damron put the pool noodles under the body. That way, if the truck stops it doesn't sink to the bottom of the pond.. Thanks for commenting!
