Todays video i install a new nitro engine in my traxxas tmaxx! its a great engine swap for a nitro tmaxx as long as you have all of the necessary parts to make the swap. you need to have a os 21 tm exhaust header the stock tmaxx header does not fit properly on the .19. if you want you can try to modify the header but would not recommend that. i tried to modify my header and ruined it so i would just get the header that works. the stock pipe works great with the os 21 tm header!

I just did this swap too. What needle carburetor settings do you recommend for break-in.

i would just do the base setting what the Manuel says. im in colorado so it really depends where u live tbh. but for me i had to make my high speed needle extremely lean almost all the way down for it to be tuned properly. i would watch some vids on tunning and just do what the base tune is in the Manuel. but u want it to be more rich during the break in.
