    I'm building one now. I'm thinking of using a 4S system from an Arrma. I'm hoping the gears survive. What motor and esc combo was that again?

    It's a shame hot racing will not make any more of the metal single speed conversion kits. SJT1000SS.. I have been searching on and off for a year or so. I always strip out the input gear.

    I forgot exactly! I don’t have links or do affiliate marketing yet! Keep an eye out! I will probably go live later and I will pull it down and show ya on the live as long as you join in? Pretty sure all I did was search Jato 3.3 electric conversion on EBay! It was a kit for most of the parts by hot racing and then you need single speed conversion and proper spur and pinion! That should be it! Join in on my live later and I’ll answer anymore questions you have

  • @kenny2644

    @kenny2644

    3 жыл бұрын

    Tegridy Rc I would recommend it! Makes it faster and way more fun! Also makes it easier to manage and gets rid of all the hassles of nitro! I do enjoy nitro too but I choose to only have 1 nitro truck! That’s the T-maxx nitro! Nitro is cool and has some unique stuff about it but can also be a huge hassle! I like both but prefer electric! Way more fun and hassle free and way faster! You really just lose the motor sound and the uniqueness of having a real engine on it! I love my e-Jato! Very unique and fast!

    Marco Ilic didn’t have one sitting around. I had a 4s motor extra from my maxx after upgrading it and I like hobbywing esc so that’s what I did!!! I like it! Whole lotta fun on 4s! I may change the gear ratio and see how fast I can get it to go! Traxxas esc are ok but do burn up. When I buy esc I buy hobbywing! Otherwise when I get a new rc like Traxxas I use that esc until it goes bad and then I put a hobbywing in it! I’ve had good luck with em. Tough as nails and way cheaper than Traxxas esc.

Feel free to send me links if you have any other vids that you think we might like. I will like, share and subscribe if I see anything. For those interested, that part is Hot Racing JT100ECC06.
