I live in Leander/CP. I am very curious to know how much my house is worth. 3500 sq ft, two stories, 4 bed, 3.5 bath. furnished outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, outdoor gas fireplace, 2nd fireplace in living room, 3 car garage, big backyard, with beautiful landscape and plenty of trees for privacy, movie theater room with built in projector (recently updated) and screen. If this house is going for $815K, I have to imagine our house is high $700K's. Sitting on a gold mine!! What do you think? They are really building up the area and I would have to imagine once Apples open 2nd campus minutes down the road, prices will soar (pending market crash).

First, thank you for the view and for the comment. To answer your question: Your valuation sounds correct, but I cannot say for certain without more details. The value of your home is determined by many the following items: 1. Location - which community and proximity to commuter routes, etc. 2. Floor plan 3. The builder. 4. Property Condition. 5. Curb Appeal 6. comparable sold homes in the area. Your house sounds amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Congratulations! And I agree that if Apple opens a second campus, it will only help to increase home values in the area. Sounds like you've made a great investment.
