    just finished watching message of malhotra sir and i was about to sleep but dont know how i get here and finished the video..and i felt very good at this morning oh gosh i miss mountain,hills,river,stone water,birds,lake,sound of air etc etc..brings me back in the time of elixir memories of manang..anyway thank you yo ho tv for this morning warm up of my brain...but the funny thing is i didnt see any comment of anyone and whole section is all mine..
